I was tremendously impressed by Omar and his team. They cleaned things that I had no expectation would be cleaned. This is a little long, so I'll summarise here: Amazing work from the team and an accurate quote was provided for excellent service. All members of the company were lovely and pleasant to talk and work with. Would definitely hire again! I contacted Tim at Leaf Organic Cleaning Services when I moved into a rental house that had not been cleaned. No - referral - just one of the first offered on Yelp with a summary that I felt matched my needs. The rental was pretty neglected and it made me uncomfortable -there was a thick layer of dust on everything, grime around all the toilets and shower/bathtub, cobwebs and a musty, stale smell. Leaf Organic fixed this right up! Firstly, I contacted them the day after moving in, and they were able to schedule me for the very next day. Tim (the owner) came by and evaluated my home, walked through it and told me what his staff would do and the attention to detail they would give it. I was originally worried about hiring a cleaning service because while my place had been 'cleaned' on the surface, it had not been deep cleaned and still felt like the previous tenants dirt, dust and grime was there. Tim let me know that his staff would take care of all that - and provided a quote upfront free of charge. This was pretty awesome, as it could have been wasted time - but it was not, as I appreciated the upfront and honest quote having evaluated the work involved. It was probably a little more than most companies would quote - but for me that's a big win because I knew it meant his staff were well-compensated and cared for, and that the work would be quality. His staff arrived on time, 3 people and swept through it with time and care. They also scheduled times for breaks - which I think it especially important and is less likely to happen if you're being charged per hour. Knowing they could have a snack or get a drink and not worry about it was great - I offered them some food/drink but was pleased to hear that they had already been provided their own. The 3 staff members were exceedingly polite and very thorough in their cleaning. They were also very respectful and kind to my pets - who didn't appreciate the cleaning as much as I did, but also took interest in them and gave them some love and reassurance - which calmed them all down a decent bunch (I have 3 cats, a lizard and a dog). They did a walkthrough at the end to double check, and showed me some before and after pictures to show how much it had been cleaned. There was a couple of things to clean-up (mainly spiders that had been disturbed and moved and escaped being caught the first time round) and they were happy to oblige. Finally, Tim did a follow-up call to make sure that it the job had been completed to my standards and let me know of some very kind comments his staff had left for me. :) Overall - it was an extremely pleasant experience and I felt like the staff were happy and comfortable doing their job - which to me is as important as a job well done. If you are considering a friction-free and high-end cleaning service, Leaf Organic is definitely way to go. We requested a deep cleaning service before we move into a post construction house. We got a designated crew of 4 employees come to service for 9 hours. During the walk-though, I was quite impressed by their detail orientation as I was told they cleaned each single slice of all the blinds. That is just way beyond what I'd expect for. In addition, they provide the best class customer service you could ever had. What happened was that I found some of kitchen cabinets and drawers in the closets were overlooked after I moved in. You could imagine how disappointed and frustrated I was at that point. After reached out to the customer service, Melanie (customer service) immediately booked a time with me to talk though my pain points in detail and offered me a complimentary re-service at my earliest convenience. As part of the resolution, she also escalated the issue to Tim(owner) for awareness and requested best refund rate for me as a compensation. While Tim was traveling overseas and cannot guarantee a timely response, Melanie ensured that she was on top of everything and super transparent on the info she had on hand. I feel I am not left alone because I can fully count on her. Last but not least, Tim, is extremely customer centric.
