In a stressful time of moving into a new home after a major renovation, and selling our previous home, Leaf Organic Cleaning was a beacon of light and calm that made the process of cleaning our old home to prepare it for listing easy. We have had so much abuse of our time, budget, and trust during our reno that to find someone that communicates clearly, truthfully, and promptly was great. It was great to find them on yelp, and they responded right away to my yelp inquiry, scheduling a free estimate the following day. They operate on a fixed-price "we clean it until it meets your expectations" attitude, and are happy to work more on anything you find issue with in their work. Walking through with the owner with they finished, finding fault with their work was a challenge, because they were so incredibly detailed and cleaned many areas I would not have thought to clean. The couple of minor issues I did find they were quick to correct. It is so refreshing to find a home services provider that knows what true customer service looks like. They exceed expectations and it was just easy to deal with them. It has been a great experience from the start with requesting for a quote for a move-out cleaning. The schedule for estimate was next day, and Tim arrived 10 mins early. He provided a competitive quote, and we decide to hire his company. The cleaning was scheduled quickly, and team did everything including the carpet cleaning. When I spotted a oil catcher missed under the range hood, Tim immediately asked for a follow up cleaning, he sent in a person very next day to clean the range hood, as well as another round of clean in the kitchen. I'm very happy with the result as well as the experience in dealing with Tim. He is truly putting customer satisfaction as the top priority. Outstanding service. I called for a quote and Al insisted on a home visit to give an accurate estimate. He showed up the next day and gave me a price for a one-time deep clean and then a price for bi-weekly service. He estimated the deep clean would take 4 - 5 hours. Al and Eli arrived this morning on time and worked intensely from 8 AM to 2 PM. Their work was detailed, unhurried and extremely thorough. I had pointed out areas of concern in the bathroom and other parts of the house. When they were finished, Al and I did a complete review of the work and the entire house is immaculate. Every corner is clean and the tub/shower hasn't looked this good since I moved in 18 years ago. Al and Eli cleaned much more than I expected including inside of windows, blinds, sliding door tracks, etc. These are areas I wasn't expecting so that was a great bonus. And, after 6 hours, the price was what Al quoted and we confirmed the bi-weekly price is the same as quoted too. So no surprises about cost.
