They spent about 1.5 hours getting everything done which seemed super quick to me. That included cleaning my bathroom, baseboards, laundry machines, dishwasher, oven, toaster oven, sinks, kitchen, and living room (including vacuuming and mopping). They were so fast and efficient. The rates are super affordable ($50/hr per person) and I ended up paying around $230 for everything. Overall, I definitely recommend this company for any cleaning services. Tula asked to meet me to show me her insurance & bond bc they are 'dealing with many scammers & unsolicitors'. While not super convenient, I agreed to meet, saying that it was important for me to first verify her insurance before hiring her. She then replies: 'Let me tell you that we are small family company, we have only 4 people working. And to be honest, we are same as other cleaning peoples, struggling to find clients, also dealing with issues that we face everyday. We do make mistakes like breaking peoples stuff, using wrong products we don't have to use etc. if you're thinking that we are not trusted,or dishonest, we can't work together in the future even if we show you an insurance and bond.' If you're the owner of a business, you should be able to quickly provide proof of your the insurance and bond you say your business has. Doesn't seem like Tula is willing to do this for some reason. I don't appreciate tactics like this that have wasted a lot of my time and also made it seem like my request was unreasonable, or that I don't trust them. How can I trust a business if she can't even provide documentation that they are insured and bonded as they say they are?! Thanks, but no thanks.

They sent me a brief questionnaire via email to narrow down the specifics of my cleaning, as well as the key features of my home. I was worried they'd do a "one-size fits all" approach and leave stuff behind, but nope! Zoya arrived on time and got to work immediately in my bathroom. Every part of my bathroom was cleaned, including my toiletries within the shower, as well as my stuff on the bathroom shelf. Cleaned and organized! She dusted my ceiling fan like I noted in the questionnaire, vacuumed and dusted the entire living room, and even cleaned out the mildewy window sill I'd been putting off forever. She easily could've skipped over that, but didn't. My kitchen was also left spotless. She vacuumed the kitchen carpet, wiped down all counters, and even arranged the spices I keep on top of the oven. I'd never even thought to do that myself and it made my kitchen look so much better. She even rearranged my fridge magnets after she cleaned off the outside of the fridge. I was absolutely thrilled when I saw the work she'd done. I have a 60 pound Boxer who tracks dirt and leaves dander throughout the house, but after Zoya left, you'd never know. 5 stars for Pure House Cleaning!

Seattle Suds responded to my request for a quote same day and we were able to schedule a visit so I could walk them through the work to build out the quote. While here they explained their process and talked specifically around the considerations they would make for different materials- especially the fence and lattice as older materials can't always take the full force of water. They also washed the easement on the side of the house careful to note that asphalt has a coating and they would treat that carefully as to not compromise the asphalt. The quote was super helpful as it broke down different aspects of the job so I could understand where the costs went up or down. They were able to schedule us quickly as we had our own deadline to get the work done. Our patio has seen 15+ years of Seattle weather and while the original fence has maybe a couple years left in it Seattle Suds work was remarkable in its results. Work was done in a morning. They made themselves available for a last check in before they got started and when done walked the work with us. Highly recommended for the straightforward experience in setting up the job, the job itself, and I was able to pay with Apple Pay as the method which is as easy as it gets.

That said, I'm unfortunately pretty disappointed with the actual service. When scheduling, I specifically explained that I was looking for a deep cleaning of the carpeted stairs and hallways. I also asked beforehand whether furniture could be moved and was told that it could be. Once he arrived, however, moving the furniture was never mentioned again, and I probably should have spoken up about it at the time. What surprised me most was the cleaning process itself. He used a hand vacuum, sprayed the carpets with cleaning solutions from spray bottles, then went over them with what appeared to be a standard Shark vacuum and another machine that, as far as I could tell, didn't use water or perform the type of extraction/deep cleaning I was expecting. The entire service took less than an hour and cost $180. To his credit, the carpets did smell better afterward, and he was very nice throughout the visit. He even recognized my screen name and jokingly mentioned that he'd wondered what kind of customer I might be...which was actually pretty funny. Thankfully, I promise I'm less terrifying in person. But ultimately, my family and I weren't happy with the final result. For $180 and a service described as a deep clean, I expected a noticeably deeper level of carpet cleaning than what we received. Instead, I was left with the unfortunate feeling that I could have rented a carpet-cleaning machine and achieved a more thorough result myself for considerably less money. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, especially when the person providing the service was genuinely nice. But friendliness and results are two different things. I appreciated him coming out and enjoyed talking with him; I just don't feel the service I received matched what I understood I was paying for.

Unfortunately, the quality of the cleaning did not make up for it. There was still visible dust and dirt on top of the backsplash, counters, and around the toilet when they left. We're not even convinced the bathroom floor was mopped. We also had to go back and vacuum our bedroom ourselves, including underneath the bed, because it had not been done. Even under the TV console wasn't fully vacuumed. I asked about the visible dust and whether this was truly considered a deep clean. The younger cleaner's attitude was dismissive (she said "well obviously) and unprofessional. Very little time was spent in the bedrooms and hallway. The only room we asked them not to clean was the nursery, and we even told them it was completely fine to vacuum while our baby was sleeping. For the amount of money we paid, this was nowhere near the quality of service we expected. We will not be using this company again and cannot recommend them based on our experience. Sat Feb 15th and 11.00 am rolls around (the time they were due to all). 1.30 and I look at the text (oh dear I wrote the text but never sent it !! did not tell the wife for fear of an early death). Instead I text Green home and asked when was the earliest they could come. This was a Saturday bear in mind so I expected early the next week, No, They could be there at 2.00pm the same day (saved!!). @.00pm came and Aliya knocked on my door. My home is 3600 sq feet, she was one woman but oh my what a woman (more like a robot in the best possible sense). Staring upstairs she got to grips with each room in turn. I looked at my watch it was 6.30pm she was still upstairs working like a Trojan (British saying not sure if it translates, working damned hard). Aliya worked room by room as the clock slipped past 9.00pm. I was exhausted watching her, she literally never stopped. Ion the end I told her to pass on a couple of areas we never use or she would have been there until midnight. After wards we went around and every room was spotless and, hoovered, dusted, polished and swept. I honestly have never seen someone work so hard. I specifically wanted some deep cleaning of my appliances and some baseboards throughout the house which I moved into, that wasn't cleaned before. Got an appointment set up and the cleaners came. They spent about 1.5 hours getting everything done which seemed super quick to me. That included cleaning my bathroom, baseboards, laundry machines, dishwasher, oven, toaster oven, sinks, kitchen, and living room (including vacuuming and mopping). They were so fast and efficient. The rates are super affordable ($50/hr per person) and I ended up paying around $230 for everything. Overall, I definitely recommend this company for any cleaning services. They exceeded my expectations in terms of how clean my appliances are. I appreciate that they listened and took care of everything I mentioned. I will be using them again in the future for any cleaning needs.

Tula asked to meet me to show me her insurance & bond bc they are 'dealing with many scammers & unsolicitors'. While not super convenient, I agreed to meet, saying that it was important for me to first verify her insurance before hiring her. She then replies: 'Let me tell you that we are small family company, we have only 4 people working. And to be honest, we are same as other cleaning peoples, struggling to find clients, also dealing with issues that we face everyday. We do make mistakes like breaking peoples stuff, using wrong products we don't have to use etc. if you're thinking that we are not trusted,or dishonest, we can't work together in the future even if we show you an insurance and bond.' If you're the owner of a business, you should be able to quickly provide proof of your the insurance and bond you say your business has. Doesn't seem like Tula is willing to do this for some reason. I don't appreciate tactics like this that have wasted a lot of my time and also made it seem like my request was unreasonable, or that I don't trust them. How can I trust a business if she can't even provide documentation that they are insured and bonded as they say they are?! Thanks, but no thanks.
