Extremly dishonest and unprofesstional. I send this business a complete list of all the tasks that needs to be worked on, given the townhouse has been already professionally cleaned by move-out tenant but thier cleaners missed few spots. Maid for Seattle committed a quote over txt message after seeing the list of itema to be cleaned and committed a time. So, I flew in from California earlier than planned to meet them and open the house. They showed up in time, and immediately say that the quote changed and the price has doubled. I provided them with an exact and comprehensive list beforehand to avoid this kind of behavior. This is very unprofessional and a dishonest way of doing business. They were fast and were nice about letting me know when they were running a couple of minutes behind. They are easy to work with. The cleaning they did was okay but not top notch. For example, they didn't mop with a bucket but by spraying cleaner on the floor and running a floor mop over it. It smelled nice and they finished all the rooms quickly but I think I prefer a bit more thorough clean. read more

Terrible job. This company is awful. I do not recommend. After completing a full move out cleaning, 4 people/3hrs, the result was disappointing. The floors were left with sticky patches, windows ledges weren't cleaned, walls and ceilings weren't wiped down, cabinets still had fingerprints all over. I was appalled! read more

They did a good cleaning, I would say above average. They communicated about running late, but didn't communicate about our place requiring deep cleaning, so it didn't meet my expectations of clean windows and blinds. Now they are saying next time they will do it, so if they do better next time job I'll update my review. Also, they are saying some areas are not clean up to the mark because they cleaned it for the first time. But overall, I would say they have reasonable pricing, they did thorough work by moving things and cleaning the spaces, used cleaning material that felt safe and not harsh, left my house smelling nice. read more

I reached out to Maid for Seattle on a Monday and they were able to fit me into their schedule promptly for that coming Thursday. My communication with Ankhbayar was very pleasant and was provided all the information I needed to decide to use their services. On the day of service I received appropriate communication when a traffic delay interfered with arriving at my scheduled appointment. I let them know because of the delay that my schedule would be limited (about an hour and a half for them to clean). They assured me this would not be an issue and that I would have 2 cleaners to take care of my homes cleaning needs. Upon arrival the cleaners got right to work and were very meticulous and thorough while moving with urgency to meet my time constraints. Upon completion I reviewed the work by the cleaning team and they did an amazing job for as quickly as they turned over my home.
