I've been using this company for the past six months. Surprisingly, even though overall the service was good, there were some teams that came to clean my house that I especially liked. Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. The main issue is that I specifically asked not to have different people come every time. I requested that they assign the same team to my home--or at least two consistent teams. Before that, it was always different cleaners, and not all of them did a perfect job, though I always paid on time. On top of that, I always tipped each cleaner at least $100 for 3-4 hours of work. However, after I asked them to assign a permanent team, and even made it clear I would be flexible with the schedule and available on any day, the business owner told me they would get back to me soon with a solution. It has now been a month. She hasn't replied to my texts and doesn't pick up my calls. Because of this, I will unfortunately need to find a new cleaning company for my home. The cleaning service left our door open and unattended, despite my explicit request to keep it shut, allowing our cat to escape for nearly 12 hours. She was found scared and trapped in a thorny bush, having never been outside before. This incident has broken my trust in their ability to minimally care for animals. Initial cleaning was good but priced at $650. Subsequent cleanings were with a different crew and pretty good. They do not pass notes along, so you have to reorient the new crew. Overall, their negligence towards our pet's safety greatly impacted my rating and prompted me to write something for other families to be aware. ------ Responding: 1. The second crew didn't know where our sheets were and so they didn't change them twice. They also didn't know how to put our bed jet on. 2. I specially asked them to keep the doors shut.
