My brother thought maybe my mom got mixed up but looked at the quote paperwork & verified Courtney tried to scan my mom & her elderly neighbor!!!! So, elderly BEWARE!! They took advantage of an 85 year old woman!! We will be going with Gutter Guard & using them for all our rental properties!! The salesman quoted me a price of 21K and when I told him I wouldn't pay that he dropped to to 12K which was still ridiculous but I had rotting fascia boards and the man made it sound like my whole roof was going to rot. The contractors came out and had NO respect for personal property. The snuffed cigarettes out on my lawn chair, oil on the out door table,the broke rose and tree branches,and threw away my gutter guards. I picked up a 1/2 bag of a 1 gallon freezer bag of nails and screws because they took a leaf blower and blew them into my driveway and yard for tires to pop or someone to step on. They never used a magnet to get them up. Calling the company was a waste, had people to tell me," oh, they'll give you a discount", are you kidding they never returned my calls. Take my name a number and all I heard was crickets. Out of 12000 dollars they sent a check for $108 with absolutely NO explanation as to what it was for as I assumed I may have put the wrong amount on the check. After a rep came out to give my 82 year old grandma an estimate, my dad walked over and said to sales rep, give her and estimate and we will look at it. Two hours later he called my grandma, your sales rep was still there drinking coffee and had signed her up for a job and had her apply for financing to fit it into her monthly fixed income. The quote was ridiculous and I truly felt like they took advantage of an old lady. I called the office number and asked for the GM to call me back to discuss this sleazy sales pitch to a lady who works two jobs and is a new widow on a fixed income. Disgusting. No one called me back. You can't trust these people or at least the Louisville rep Anthony. Luckily, we were still within contract terms to cancel. He came out on a Friday and had her set up for install on Monday and financing set up. read more

I was never given a copy of the warranty after paying over 5K for Leaf Filter over my gutters. Yet was told that it was a comprehensive warranty I would receive at install. Now they say weather and birds are not covered. If I had been told that, I would have never had them installed!!!! read more

Turns out I need 6 inch gutters instead of 5. Leaf filter would only charge me another $13,0000 They even stopped returning my texts. Their warranty is useless. What isn't covered, storm damage, wind damage, hail, fire NOTHING. They lied to me about fixing my problem and refused to help out when I needed new gutters. Worst company ever. $20 per foot? Crappy warranty. Didnt fix my issue. From corporate to local, NOBODY did what they promised. Avoid these scammers. read more

Wow, these people get more use out of my phone than I do!! They've called me 7 times since December 30th trying to sell me their product. Of course I blocked their number several days ago. Did they get the hint? Nope! They have resorted to calling me twice a day and leaving messages on my voice mail. Sarah with Leaf Filter, which is how she identifies herself, claims I submitted a request for an estimate. I am not aware of asking these people for an estimate. IF I did, it was due to them spoofing a website and it hasn't been in the last 12 months! Do they really think I would buy their product if they stalk me? Actually I already have gutter covers, so why would I ask for an estimate? At this point I would watch my gutters overflow every storm before I would buy from them! I have reported them to the FCC Do Not Call List and my cellular carrier. If a provider is this desperate for business, I personally would not trust them to do a good job. It seems evident to me they're not getting word of mouth/customer referral business! (2) Business Manager Twig answered my original review. Unfortunately, Leaf Filter has not enabled messages, therefore this is my only platform to reply to Twig. LeafFilter completely botched a job at our home. They replaced every bit of our soffit and gutters. The freeze board trim is wavy, the soffit siding is falling, Birds are getting in and no one at this company seems to care. The project managers came out and confirmed that they screwed it up and told me he would have someone out here to fix it. My wife requested a different crew and he said no problem. He then told me on a different occasion that they only had one crew with the equipment to reach our gutters on the backside of our home but he would be here every day to supervise the job. Well it's been over a month since that conversation and I haven't heard a single word about our install date. Not only did the above happen but it literally took me two weeks and about 7 phone calls to get a receipt to turn over to our insurance company. I would not recommend this company. read more

PLEASE !!!!! Do not waste your money and time on this company. The mesh material they use is a total flaw, and dont let them fool you when they say it's been re-engineered ITS NO BETTER. Over a short period of time the mesh material becomes clogged up with debris, not allowing proper water flow in the gutters. After numerous phone calls on top of 6 no show appointments, finally when the guy did show up he only corrected one major problem, upon calling back the so called service manager said that's all they can do. We had leaf filters screens installed on our gutters on November 10, 2018. Every rainstorm since then we have had gallons of water pour over the screens onto our foundation. Have called and received warranty service three times with no lasting improvement. I cannot recommend this product. In fact I would encourage you to find an alternative to keeping your gutters clean. This has been a waste of money. We never had this problem with the inexpensive screens from Home Depot. Yelp doesn't allow me to attach a video or I would. Beware this company will rob people under their nose. They will try to sell to anyone even if they don't need it. Their tactic is to start you at a very high rate, like the cost of a new car, and give you different discount trying to make you feel like you are getting a good deal. The lifetime warranty is only good until the business folds or bankrupts. Don't fall for the lifetime warranty bs! Do yourself a favor and hire a local smaller company that will be more pesonalable and take care of you better! read more

I met with a salesman (Tyler Yocum), on Friday afternoon (3/25). Upon arriving, we walked my property to evaluate my gutters, then I went back inside. After 5-10 minutes, Tyler knocked on my door, & walked inside. (Which took me off guard, since I wasn't expecting anyone in my home). Before sitting down in my living room, Tyler noticed my pistol I keep for home protection, & immediately picked it up off the table. That was highly inappropriate, & quite irritating to say the least. Upon going over my job, I let him know that I was not ready to purchase anything yet, & was just putting my "home projects budget" together. He presented me with a price of $4,000 to have the gutter guards installed. After a few minutes of small talk, he took the price down to around $3,800. As I was reminding him that I was not committing to anything today, he dropped the price to $3,000, & wanted to shake on it right then. I refused, but as an attempt to end his aggressive sales tactics, I agreed I would "sleep on it", & let him know the following day. He then left, & keeping my word, I touched base with him the following day. I thanked him for his time, (even complimented him), but declined the offer. He then dropped the price beyond 50% of the initial proposal, which I found insulting, & still declined. During that time, he insulted my intelligence, got an attitude, called me ignorant & poor, & was just overall rude as he could be.
