When we got there we were greeted immediately by one of the owners. My sister noticed it was much busier than usual and we did have to wait for about 10 minutes which my sister said is unusual but we didn't mind waiting. The owner came right over and apologized for the wait and directed us to the seating area. I noticed while waiting and while getting my nails done that the owners managed to greet and say goodbye and thank you to every single person that arrived or left. Everyone was working incredibly hard. I also noticed that the salon was very clean. I could see them sanitizing tools and taking out new clean ones when they needed them. They don't do acrylic nails because they are very bad for your nails so the place doesn't smell like acrylic which I love. I got a power gel manicure. It was $35 and Victor did amazing! When we paid the owner gave us a $5 off coupon for our next appointment because of the small wait we had which of course they didn't have to do but I thought it shows that they are great business owners. To summarize it was clean, everyone was polite and pleasant, the owners are the sweetest people, Victor did an amazing job on my nails! I'll be sure to come here always from now on!

Unfortunately, I went when home from a college break and got the same thing as I usually do, and they lasted exactly 2 weeks before one nail completely cracked off. This is disappointing as I used to love the experience years prior; they are very clean and also quick with their quality services. I did not have an appointment and got right in, which was wonderful, but unfortunately, I don't think nails should only last 2 weeks, and I'm very disappointed.

I went to her on May 19th and asked if she could do a grey blend. She said she could. Two and a half weeks later I stopped in last week and showed her my hair which all the color was gone. she scheduled an appointment for today for me. I walked in and she told me the color came out because of the shampoo I used (which I showed her at the time of my visit what I was using) I told her I washed my hair 5 times since I last saw her. I said "well maybe you should sell the shampoo you want your clients to use". I didn't say it meanly. I wash my hair 2 x a week. Ann was very passive aggressive toward me. I left in tears beca she refused to do anything for me and that includes listening. Every time I started to say something she wouldn't let me finish my thought process or sentence. nobody should feel they way i felt when i left there.
