This is disappointing as I used to love the experience years prior; they are very clean and also quick with their quality services. I went to her on May 19th and asked if she could do a grey blend. She said she could. Two and a half weeks later I stopped in last week and showed her my hair which all the color was gone. she scheduled an appointment for today for me. I walked in and she told me the color came out because of the shampoo I used (which I showed her at the time of my visit what I was using) I told her I washed my hair 5 times since I last saw her. I said "well maybe you should sell the shampoo you want your clients to use". I didn't say it meanly. I wash my hair 2 x a week. Ann was very passive aggressive toward me. I left in tears beca she refused to do anything for me and that includes listening. Every time I started to say something she wouldn't let me finish my thought process or sentence. nobody should feel they way i felt when i left there.
