We asked the crew about the lawn, and of course they mentioned that the water made it hard to maintain. Our grandmother had a vase in the ground that we requested to be dug out because it seemed to be either sunken or missing. They told us that people steal the vases, and we can't buy another one because they don't sell them anymore. Seriously? Where are we supposed to put flowers? Some gravestones have built in holes for flowers, balloons, etc. so maybe that's what people who choose to come here need to do.

She took her time to explain the process. She made sure that there were no questions and if so she answered them. From the planning to the viewing to the funeral Blake Lamb made this difficult process seamless. It has been a tough time for me and the family but thank u Karen & crew for making it easier. The graves are known to have an issue with flooding, where the cemetery has no maintenance in place to combat this issue. The grave site wii just soak under murky muddy water until it dries up naturally. I especially don't like how they are closed on Sundays, I can't visit my father on Father's Day ever again. I think they can at least leave the entrance gate open, even if no one is in the office. The customer service isn't that great either. I respect my Dad's wishes to be buried in this cemetery so he could be next to his father and sister, but I think they all deserve better than what this cemetery has to offer.

Alot of the cemetery is quite old, but you wouldn't be able to tell since most of the stones are marble and still looking as good as they did I am sure in the early 1900's. I always thought that marble was used more so not then before, but I was wrong. I came across a beautiful crypt that seemed to of been underground but the roof was sticking out the top of the ground. With some research I found out that back in the day, they would sell some crypts or mausoleums that were underground. Once the families all were interred over the years, it seems that the entrance (or stairs leading down to the crypt) was covered and so you would have a semi covered structure that actually looks like a house underground of sorts. Novel ideas in this cemetery but I found it to have a wonderful trim and pristine look to it. Kudos to the grounds keeper, but I know this is bad, I like my cemetery graving to be vintage and have some "let me find it" kind of feel. The grounds are very well maintained and just beautiful. For a grave that is. . ..

Since the 1980s I have buried over 10 people, and have made my arrangements as well. I visit the cemetery often and have always found it to be well kept and beautiful. I have dealt with the office staff on a number of occasions and found them to be most helpful. I sometimes lose a grave or two and the office is always helpful in sending out staff to help me find them. If a grave is neglected for any time, the marker may not be visible. Time and earth movement can make the markers sink, so it is up to family to inform the office so that it can be retrieved. I have never had any problems with these services, including flower decorations and placement. I get frequent correspondence informing me of the clean-up times so that if I desire, I can retrieve any flowers or decorations on my graves. Over the past 50 years of dealing with the cemetery I have not encountered any problems, except finding a grave at time. Keep up the good work!

We felt that the cost was reasonable and even though it's not the largest space, they were still able to accommodate everyone who came. They are a family business and they do everything they can to make the experience seamless. I liked that they helped create the tribute video and had a staff member making sure things were stocked and clean while we were there. It ended up snowing before we left and the owners cleaned off all the cars and made sure pathways were shoveled, that was a very kind gesture after a long day.
