My hiccup was with the icing and the gel filling. As numerous other reviews mentioned, neither the icing or filling was sweet. And nobody wants cloyingly sweet, but I expect a donut to be sweet. Also, the pink icing and jelly filling were both listed as raspberry flavored. I love raspberries and neither gave me a raspberry flavor profile at all. So my hunt for the best local donut will continue.

I guess I'm just being crabby, but I really don't think you need a mentally ill person who makes more than 75% of your customers uncomfortable, as the person doing this particular job. I'm also a big customer service fan, and when he handed both my drink and food, he didn't look at me or say a single word. I actually sat there until he noticed and he said, "did I forget something?" and I said, "yes, you could say thank you or have a nice day or something!" and he just stared at me. I told him, "I hope YOU have a nice day" and left.
