We had a great experience at this Raising Cane's. I took my kids for a quick takeout dinner. Our…read morefood was ready quickly but there was a small error with the drinks. Stephen (perhaps a manager?) heard me ask the cashier about this & immediately made it right for us. He also noticed that I had only ordered one kids meal (my youngest is just 13 months & we were "sharing" a box meal.) so he immediately grabbed a second toy for him & also offered to help carry our bags out to the car. I thanked him but declined. He still helped by holding the door for us as we exited. This Cane's location is a great fast food restaurant with impeccable service, especially Stephen. Side note: Cane's slaw is delicious! It has a horseradish kick that takes it over the top. Highly recommend eating it very cold straight from the fridge!

I used to be a big fan of this brand as they had the best quality chicken fingers in this world or…read morethe next. The tenders were real, large pieces of all white meat chicken with very light breading. I use to say that they didn't just give you chicken fingers, they gave you the whole hand, including the middle finger, lol. This was my go to place for great chicken at a fantastic price. Unfortunately, over the course of my last few visits this is no longer the case. Today l, they serve what amounts to chicken thumbs or worse, chicken knuckles!!!! Corporate has obviously has made a conscious decision to stop serving the same quality chicken tenders as before and increase their profits with an inferior product. Plus their "tiny tenders" now have excessive breading which equates to even less chicken and a better bottom line for the company. So save your time and money , Raising Cane is giving us the proverbial "middle chicken finger" in terms of poor portions and tiny tenders not worth the price point. No longer a fan. Nuff said.

Few things to consider. It's posted opening at 6am on Saturday, doors locked until 7am. No self-serve cups for your ultimate sip club members. If you don't trust someone subscribing to your service then don't offer it. I like the no-interaction self-serve so I don't have to deal with the indifferent wait staff at this location. Creamer is never out and at this point, I'm not even sure the coffee is brewed fresh considering what I tasted today. Bread toasts and different rates so don't set it to one size fits all and obliterate your skinny bagels. An open kitchen is a horrible design if your cooks are making cat noises, saying many curse words, and talking about being poor, food stamps, and EBT cards. Restrooms are rarely clean.

I use to come to this location a lot but had not been in a while. The drive thru window was disgusting and I almost canceled the order. No way that is from one night of bugs hitting the glass. Do you want to eat food that has been passed through that?

Nothin' sez Kickin' Chicken like serving up beer, chicken and ass! What a disgusting place this has descended into. Where next??? Waitress didn't think we needed napkins and silverware to eat when she brought the food out, nor ever revisited our table. Totally blew us off, after we spoke with manager on duty. As for food, buffalo chicken salad was over-salted, wilted and lifeless; chicken tenders were overdone and dried out. Guess when your chain is a success you can just let it all slide into the commode.

Atmosphere was like any other franchise bar, with a few arcade games and an outdoor area. Food was pretty mediocre. Fries were bland and soggy and flavorless. My wings were ordered medium Buffalo but these were like the La Croix of chicken wings, they had the barest hint of flavor like they washed the sauce off after putting it on, or put the sauce on before cooking it or something? But there was barely any sauce on them and I could barely taste it. Nuggets were fine. The Kick Fil A sandwich was... you guessed it... fine. The best thing to say is that the price was really reasonable (except for the wings, $10 or $11 for 6 wings is a bit much). But I would rather pay a little bit more for much better food at Wild Wings Cafe or Raising Canes or Wingstop whatever. J.Ja
