I am very punctual and expect the person I work with to be too and Collin is never late (okay, rarely is but shit happens). This is a timed service so I expect nothing less. There is great follow through when it comes to setting up appointments leading up to the day of- if he can't make it he will notify me in advance which I appreciate. I've learned a lot from Collin through the various work outs he prepares for me. We train 2-3 times a week for about an hour each session. I am not the biggest people person so if I have to spend 2-3 hours a week with someone they better be likable to be around. He has a positive attitude and enthusiastic about what he is showing me. If I voice a certain concern about a workout I don't like he will ask questions and try to see why I don't like it and offer alternative exercises that I can do to achieve the same work out. My favorite work out days with him are leg/glutes day. I want a big ass. He definitely makes me work hard for it because those glute bridges kick my butt big time. I am happy that he pushes and motivates me because sometimes I am surprised how strong I am or that I am capable of doing more. That's a pretty cool feeling. But(t) the best thing to come out of this is that I am filling out my pants better in the derriere. My legs must have gotten more muscular too because my jeans are fitting extra tight around my calves and quads. I thought I got fat but realize, oh yeah I work out a lot now LOL. One of the cool things Collin did that none of my other trainers did for me was build an online program record. When we first started he would chart out the course of what we worked on by sets and reps along with the upcoming week's plans. He stopped doing that after a couple weeks so that sucks (sad face emoji). I definitely would refer people to Collin as a personal trainer because he's simply very good at what he does.
