I'm an older guy and I lost a lot of weight and got in really good shape. Thanks to Kelsey and a couple of the trainers there and their nutrition knowledge. They have a cool machine that not only weighs your but helps you find your body measurements and fat percentages etc. Great place - enjoyed my time there. (We agreed on a discounted rate of $59 that would start after the challenge.) Turns out their employee explained it wrong and the upfront deposit does not go towards the monthly payment and they refuse to honor it. I'm 6' 2" and 190 lbs. My wife is about 130 pounds and 5 foot 4". Her goal was to LOSE weight and LOSE bodyfat. My goal was to gain weight. We were given the *exact* same nutritional meal plan with the exact same amounts to eat. So apparently it's few enough calories to help her lose weight but enough to make me gain weight?? Half way through the challenge, when I was losing weight instead of gaining, the advice was to "eat more". I really wanted this to be a great gym. I tried to talk through the misunderstandings with Clare and come to an agreement. At the end of the day, they are keeping the $399 because I didn't meet my goal of gaining weight... Poor communication, unprofessional, and the worst nutritional advice I've ever received. To be clear, I didn't cancel my membership. I'm continuing at the $59/rate because I like the trainers (and they're keeping my $399 either way) I have mostly worked out with Jason and Lexi and they are awesome!

I really enjoy the atmosphere and the support, motivation and guidance you receive from the coaches. Just the smallest form adjustment makes all the difference. Familiar faces also help encourage you to keep moving and keep showing up and I can see how the community aspect can positively impact your results. I highly recommend this for anyone who would like to change their lifestyle and develop new exercise habits but doesn't know where to start or burns through motivation quickly. When it first opened, it was fantastic -- welcoming staff, community events, clean facilities, and a great overall atmosphere. Since the new owner took over, everything has gone downhill. There is rarely any staff present, making it nearly impossible to bring guests or get assistance when needed. You can't purchase merchandise or basic items anymore, which shows a clear lack of basic operational effort. Multiple pieces of equipment are broken and remain unrepaired, and the facility itself is noticeably dirty. It feels neglected and poorly managed. It's obvious that there is little to no pride or care being put into this business anymore. I can no longer recommend this location to anyone. It's truly sad to see what was once a great gym deteriorate so badly. At this pace, I would honestly be surprised if this location is still open a year from now. Update 4-12-2026 Still no staff getting worse, still broken equipment and supper dirty!!! Notes ask for someone to reach for weeks!
