Some residents are allowed to paint their homes completely black or install stark white roofs that are completely out of character with the neighborhood, with no action taken for obvious violations, while others are scrutinized for minor requests. They create unnecessary obstacles for residents regarding permits and approvals, even when homeowners are fully compliant with HOA rules and regulations. The management team is consistently rude, dismissive, and shows little interest in understanding residents' concerns. The delays and inefficiency in processing even basic requests make the system feel outdated and dysfunctional. Despite paying some of the highest HOA fees in the Dallas region, residents see little value in return. These fees continue to increase year over year without any visible improvement in service or facilities. The gym is poorly maintained, with dirty equipment, lack of basic supplies such as tissues and sanitizers, and general neglect. Cleaning appears superficial and inconsistent, and basic hygiene standards are not being met. Other common facilities are in similarly poor condition. Many residents feel less like homeowners and more like tenants, with the HOA acting as landlords rather than a service organization meant to support the community. In summary: an unresponsive, slow, inconsistent, and unprofessional HOA with poor facility management and declining service standards.

I was very confused by this, as I would never commit to a photo shoot with a photographer who isn't able to respond to me in a timely manner. This was family photo shoot that many of us were traveling to the Dallas area for. Our dates weren't flexible and it was important to me to find someone who could ensure that it would be a smooth process. All in all I felt Lucy was unable to provide time with the level of service I expect. Furthermore, after ending our conversation, she continued to harass me through text message until I asked her to stop. If you are planning to book a photographer please look elsewhere!
