Just gave him an extra few months to catch up on his other bills without worrying about losing his home. Can that get any better? I worked through a loan officer named Colleen Meehan and she is the bomb. After looking through all our finances, she came up with great percentage rate and gave us some really good personal advice on how we can make the most of what we had. My husband and I trust her with all our private info and she is super professional and knowledgeable. We went on to purchase a new home several years later and we went through Colleen at Colonial again. When it came time to update the kitchen, she looked at competing rates and even suggested a different bank (credit union) with a better interest rate.
