Once my credit was pulled, it became clear that there was a significant gap between my expectations and reality. I later learned about rapid rescore through my own research rather than from my lender. Given my credit profile, this was something I believe should at least have been discussed. Instead, I remained unaware of important information that could have affected my decisions during a very time-sensitive period. When I later reached out with questions, I did not feel supported or educated as a first-time borrower.
