5 stars! My son has been enrolled for about 2 months now. After switching from another daycare, we noticed an immediate and huge positive shift in our son. He's so much happier, more engaged, and genuinely excited to go to school every day. The morning drop-off teachers are fantastic - always warm, welcoming, and attentive. It sets such a positive tone for the day. The toddler teachers in the 18-36 months room are equally amazing. He's learning so much - new words, songs, social skills and we've seen real growth in his confidence and communication. We also really appreciate the cleanliness and organization of the classroom. Everything feels well-maintained with lots of age appropriate toys for kids to play with. A huge plus at this daycare location is the schedule flexibility. With an early drop-off at 7:00 AM and closing at 6:00 PM, the hours are incredibly accommodating for working parents in the area. Highly recommend! read more

The best place for kids! My son attended 2 fun and enriching years at Learn and Play Montessori- Dublin, and we are extremely thankful for the wonderful experience. Every interaction with the teacher and management has been positive, thoughtful, and supportive. Communication has always been clear and timely, and we've consistently felt respected and included as parents. The facility is well-maintained, clean, and looks happy! Our son has made incredible progress during his time here. He has grown not only in his academic skills, but also in confidence, independence, and emotional development. The nurturing environment and age-appropriate guidance helped him flourish, and it's evident that the staff truly understands and cares about each child's individual needs. Oh, my. So, so, so very sad. Yesterday when I picked up my child, there was a little boy who had on a dirty diaper. The child was in the class with 4-year-olds and seemed to have been potty trained. I had seen the little boy being told to go potty, so I would assume he was potty trained and maybe had had an accident and was put into a diaper. I don't know. I do know that it was abuse by any metric to leave a child in daycare with a clearly heavily soiled diaper. This is abuse at its worst and extreme evil at its best. I felt sorry for the little boy. I hope his parents find out that the people they are paying a very hefty fee to care for their child are abusing him. CPS surely needs to know what's going on at Learn and Play, which really ought to be called Learn or be Ostracized! Imagine leaving a child in a heavily soiled diaper to be potentially teased by the other children. The stench was dreadful. That the people paid to care it's evil. Learn and Play just may be shut down. This is no way to treat anyone, and it is illegal and considered child abuse. I hope other parents will care enough to report. read more

5 stars all around! We've just wrapped up nearly two wonderful years at Learn and Play Montessori, where our daughter attended both preschool and TK--and we couldn't be happier with our experience. From the front desk admin staff-Ms. Danielle and Ms Rosie to the director- Ms. Gabby and Ms. Kathy, everyone has been kind, supportive, and communicative. In addition, a BIG THANK YOU to her amazing teachers from Ms. Noemi in room 4c, Ms. Pranati in room 6a and Ms. Sudheera in 6b. We've always felt heard and valued as parents, and it's clear that the staff genuinely cares about the children. My daughter has truly thrived here--both academically and emotionally. Her confidence has grown so much over the past year in TK, and we credit so much of that to her amazing teachers. My daughter has build a special bond with Ms. Sudheera . She absolutely adores her and has learned so much under her care. If we could continue at Learn and Play, we would! We're also planning to enroll our younger son when he's ready, because we trust the school and feel so connected to the staff. It's not easy to find a place where your child is not only learning but genuinely happy--and this school has been just that for our family. This review is based on my experience with their staffs at the open house day. I took a tour at the school and met with some staffs - they are all very nice and friendly. I also love how diverse the team is! I'm also surprised with how this newly build and renovated campus no longer had construction smell lingering around! They did take the time and effort to ensure the open house day was a success! I didn't register my baby for the school yet because she is still too young for it. The school did call me to follow up with my experience and check whether I want to save a spot for my baby. The conversation was very pleasant and they were never pushy at all! We love LAPMS Dublin campus! This new facility is well-maintained, clean, and bright! The classrooms are stocked with STEM toys that foster curiosity and development. I love that the playgrounds are on soft rubber turfs, and have shades for the hot summer days. We have two of our kids at this campus. The teachers in classrooms 4 and 6 have been very patient and accommodating, which helps our oldest to adapt to life outside of the house. Our youngest is in classroom 2 and the amount of love his teachers show him helped him transitioned out of the house in less than two weeks. He loves his teachers and it warms my heart when I see a bright smile on his face during drop off and pick up. Teachers update us daily how the toddler is doing. The front office staffs are also excellent, and very diligent to call us for any incidents like our child falling or any challenges our kids have in class. This proactive approach helps assure us the kids are well taken care of and looked after. Highly recommend LAPMS Dublin campus! read more

I honestly couldn't be happier with the care and education my daughter has received at LAPMS Dublin Ranch. She started when she was 18 months old and recently moved up to the 2-year-old classroom, and the growth we've seen especially in her speech has been amazing. The Montessori approach has also helped her become much more independent. The hands-on materials are perfect for her age and really encourage confidence, and life skills. The school itself is beautiful, new, bright, and spacious. It's always clean and well taken care of, which gives me so much peace of mind. I also really love the updates we get through the app; the photos and updates are a nice touch and help me reassure she's doing well. Everyone at the front desk is so friendly Ms. Rosy and Ms. Danielle always greet us with a smile and know us by name, which makes mornings feel extra welcoming. Like most toddlers, my daughter took a little time to adjust in the beginning, but Ms. Gabby, the director, was incredibly supportive and kept us informed every step of the way. My son has been attending Learn and Play for over a year, progressing from one classroom to the next, and our experience has been nothing short of amazing. This is our first Montessori experience (our eldest attended a different preschool in the South Bay), and the difference has been remarkable. As soon as our daughter turned 18 months we enrolled her at LAPM Dublin Ranch last year (2024). Our experience has been nothing but phenomenal. She was in the 18-24 months toddler room and Ms. Ana was such an amazing, warm, kind, sweet, and encouraging teacher. Ms. Priyanka and Ms. Muska have also been supportive and awesome. We APPRECIATE how they incorporate STEM into every activity, through education and play. We saw how quickly our daughter was learning and improving! She enjoyed her classroom and friends. Our daughter is now 2.5 years old and is attending the toddler classroom and every time we pick her up she's either always dancing, playing or being entrapped by story time with Ms. Alondra. Her teachers Ms. Alondra, Ms. Iryna and Ms. Kuldeep are warm hearted, amazing and have been the best. I was nervous with the transition at first but Ms. Alondra was so great helping our daughter adjust to her classroom. Overall I love the rotations of activities and toys the kids can play with and how they maintain such a clean campus. This has been the best decision of enrolling our daughter here. And I don't want to forget the amazing staff at the front desk, Ms. Rosie and Ms. Danielle. Im so happy we found Learn and Play Montessori school for our 4 year old daughter. Our oldest son attended a Montessori School but nothing like Learn and Play Montessori. (My only regret is not finding one closer to my home sooner) Director and front desk are super welcoming and always greeting us with a smile. My daughter has 3 teachers and they are absolutely the best! I like that the environment is a balance of nurturing yet well structured. They follow a great schedule and I like to follow up with my daughter on what she has learned at the end of the day. I can't say enough good things about LAPMS. This brand new facility is not only clean and bright, but also designed with a child's curiosity and learning in mind. The teachers genuinely care about each child's development and create a warm, nurturing environment. Based on Yelp reviews, our family toured the new LAMPS preschool location. After the tour, I received weekly calls from their enrollment department asking if we were interested in registering our child. We finally decided to enroll our child on 06/26/2024, completed the enrollment form, and paid the registration fee. Two days later, I received an automated email informing me that tuition fees had increased and that I needed to submit a new enrollment form. This fee increase was never mentioned during the tour or in my three conversations with the enrollment team. This lack of transparency made me uncomfortable, so I called to clarify why they weren't upfront about the fee increase. Instead of apologizing, they insisted the fee had only increased by 4%, typically 10%, and was noted on the back of the enrollment form (without specifying the month). I felt pushed to enroll my child without honesty. The enrollment team said the Dublin Site Admin would call me the next day, but I received no call until our orientation day, ten days later. The site admin called only when we didn't show up for orientation, leaving a voicemail about rescheduling, with no mention of my concerns. When the enrollment team called again about orientation, I reminded them of my concerns. They promised the site admin would call, but I received no call for another 12 days. When I finally spoke to the site admin, she suggested we could withdraw and tried to end the call when I asked for a refund. After insisting, she said she would email upper management and CC me. It's been two weeks, and I haven't heard anything. To parents, if you find yourself in a tough situation with your child, LAMPS will not handle it well because it's a corporation that doesn't care about your child. Look elsewhere! read more

My 22-month-old daughter started going to this location and they did an amazing job. The staff is very kind and welcoming. My daughter's teachers Ms.Ana, Ms.Angelica, and Ms.Priyanka are caring and doing a brilliant job. Developmentally, I've noticed great advancement in her learning. Best staff ever. Friendly teachers and flexible with parents. They understand the child's needs and accommodate as per the request. My child started going here at 20 months age, it was a rough 2 weeks , however the staff and teachers were patient. They sent regular updates of daily activities. You don't expect highly of your child at this age, however they make the learning a fun experience. The best part is, they know every child's name by heart. We were super comfortable sending our infant and now turned toddler to the school and I can recommend anyone else who is reading this post as well. Our preschool search ended once we found Dublin Ranch Montessori School! From the first day we walked in, Ms. Gubby with her pleasant smile made us feel comfortable and gave us a tour of the school and we knew that our son would receive a one-of-a-kind education. I can't say enough positive things about our experience at LAPM. It has truly been a game-changer for our child's education and development. Our daughter started attending the Silvergate location in January and moved to this location in August. She has continued to thrive due to the hard work of dedicated and passionate staff. I believe that they truly try to understand each child's unique needs and interests and tailor their approach to ensure that every student is receiving the attention they need. They take the time to answer any questions. Ms. Alondra is very caring and kind! A few weeks ago, I stopped by Ms. Kathy's office to ask her a question about the curriculum. She stopped everything that she was doing and took her time to give me the most detailed and articulated answer.
