Learning Pointe Preschool rocks!!!! There are so many wonderful things to say about this preschool!!! As Parents we always want what is best for our child, and like every parent I was hesitant to put my child in preschool which has a before and after care as well! Honestly, my wife and toured all the preschools in Natomas and LP was the cleanest BY far and they have the coolest and supportive staff! They do wonderful things with the children, from circle time, to sensory bins, to handwriting, to art, to counting, to calendar practice, to motor skills, and more! They also have jobs where students have a specific job for the week! Leadership is awesome! Ms Vanessa and Ms Dulce are top notch and make sure parents are happy and they are very supportive of their teachers! Infant teachers Ms Erica, Ms Tracy, and Ms Miranda are awesome and will care and love your infants! There infant Room is always clean and they are always giving those babies the attention they deserve! Teachers like Ms Taylor, Ms. Kendall, Ms, Toni, Ms. Lindsey and Ms Jahmory are all loving teachers!! The teachers always say hi and communicate how your child did for the day via the school app! Lastly, pastor John is a cool dude, he will greet you and say some cool things before each school performance! They put on excellent performances such as Spring Musical, Christmas performance and amazing graduation ceremonies!!! If you need a preschool, enroll your child here! My son started Learning Pointe when he was 18 months old. He is now almost 4 years old and is thriving! He is confident, social, smart, and most importantly, loves going to school! LP really has become family for him and us (mom & dad) and I am so happy we found this school when we did. At LP, they are organized and have a great curriculum, while balancing having fun with the kids. Staff/teachers are very responsive and communicate well - they use the BrightWheel app. A big plus for me - they are great accomodating kids with food allergies! :) read more

Wow! I'm still a bit in shock at the conversation I just had with this business. I was very hopeful in enrolling my child into this program based on the positive reviews. However, upon calling to this school to inquire more about their program, the phone was answered by a not so friendly individual. There was screaming and yelling in the background and I was put on a hold so that she could address the issue. I do not expect perfection, as I'm an educator myself and I get that situations arise. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and continued to wait on hold. I made it very clear that I was new to this process and I am just trying to find the right place for my child. The gal was being very condescending and didn't want to give me her time. I guess I had mistakenly called it "head start" versus preschool but I tried to explain what I was in need of and searching for. A simple explanation and chuckle at my mistake would've sufficed. As I am midway explaining a bit about our daughter and what needs she may have, I was hung up on. My call was never returned. I am disappointed because they have just lost a loyal client/customer. Being a business owner myself and an educator, I would NEVER want to enroll my kid in a place that lacked professionalism and understanding. We enrolled our daughter here for about 6 months till we had to move. The environment is clean, faith based, and welcoming for kids with security in mind. There's a code required to get into the front door, fenced in play area, and checking in and out of each child. The teachers are warm, patient, and spark creativity through various arts/crafts. The Director, Vanessa, is organized, keeps everyone updated, and keeps the environment fun and exciting for the kids with great seasonal activities (i.e. water play, bike day, Dr. Seuss week). You get daily updates with pictures, videos, and details as to what the kids are up to in the Brightwheel app. Children can be enrolled part-time or full-time based on your needs/budget. Wednesday's are "Chapel" days where the kids are introduced to worship and praise music. Love this preschool. I can't say enough good things about it. Both my boys attend for 1/2 days and it's had a positive experience for them and myself. Vanessa, the director is awesome, she is very helpful and kind. All of the teachers we've had (Ms. Sandy, Ms. Victoria, Ms. Raj, Ms. Dulce, and Ms. Daisy) are all wonderful, kind, and patient. I love that they use the ABC Jesus curriculum because they are getting educated and taught about Jesus! They have chapel days, and monthly themes for the classrooms. Both our kids have been at Learning Point since they were almost 3 years old. All staff and teachers have been great, positive, flexible, approachable and very professional. Aside from the care of our children, teachers do MANY activities to support cognitive, speech, and sensory development. We receive pictures and/or videos that show the day to day activities our children are involved in thru Brightwheel application, and teachers also provide reminders or any necessary information that parents need. Director provides constant updates and keeps us informed of any changes or upcoming events. Kids also participate in a Spring and Fall recital that is put together by teachers and other staff. Our extended family has been able to attend most of the recitals and they are always amazed about the patience and dedication shown by all staff. It's being amazing and rewarding to see our children grow in a fun, learning and loving environment. Thanks Learning Point. We have now been with this school for 10 months and we love it! When I say "we" I mean my daughter, my husband, myself, the grandparents, everyone! We started my daughter here when she turned two (at the time they hadn't opened up their infant space yet). We had a nanny before and as a first time mom you can only imagine the kind of mom anxiety I was having. They handled the transition so great! They helped us feel comfortable and most importantly my daughter. They also have small classroom sizes which I hadn't found anywhere else. This school is the best! I have sent both of my daughters to Learning Pointe and it feels like a family, made me sad when I thought about my youngest transitioning to kindergarten later this year. My daughters aren't easy to please and most days they can't wait to leave me behind and walk into their classroom. Each child is given personalized attention and they focus on the right skills to prep them for school. They handled the early days of the COVID pandemic great, worked with parents to find an equitable solution and showed great flexibility. As an early childhood educator i've never worked at a more positive and loving work environment. Every single teacher I work with is wonderful & the director Ms Vanessa is someone I can rely on as a mentor being that I am a young teacher, and can always count on her for her amazing communication. she makes every single one of us teachers feel appreciated, heard and comfortable. I'm surprised there are only 4 reviews! We gotta keep them coming! :) We are a Learning Pointe Christian Preschool (LPCP) family since 2014. So, number 1, I think I could make a credible review. And 2, this is long overdue! At first, my husband and I had mixed feelings about the LPCP. The school seemed small at one class per grade level and their curriculum is centered on the "ABC Jesus Loves me", which was different from the previous schools my child attended. We were only familiar with the large & popular "franchise preschools" being first time parents. And since LPCP's rates were reasonable, we decided to give it a try. We were really happy we took a chance and tried LPCP. The school has a small community feel. The teachers are wonderful. The school celebrates a lot of festivities: Valentines, Easter, Christmas, etc. so the kids learn a lot. I look forward to the Spring and Winter musicals annually. Where each class performs a song number to all the LPCP families-it's the best! They also have a nice summer camp every year. But most importantly, my kids learned how to pray in LPCP. They learned to sing and dance to Bible songs and learned that God loves them. My kids had amazing teachers. In 2015, my son's teacher, Ms Abby, is a seasoned preschool teacher. I admire her patience with her class of, at one point, 6 boys and 1 girl. She always gives feedback on what her class worked on for the day, and gives update on my son's learning progress. My second child has been attending LPCP for three years now. Ms Vanessa, who is now the current principal, was her teacher for two years. I like that she's really a natural with kids. I like her patience and maturity. She listens to us parents when we raise concerns on our child and offers sound advice. Ms. Raj is my second child's current teacher and she's wonderful! Full of energy and she treats her students like her own. My daughter has "matured" in her class and learned a lot. From writing her own name and being responsible for a classroom "job", it's been great to see that change in her. Both my kids have nothing but wonderful memories from this school. If we could give this school 10 stars we would!! Our kids had been going here for 3 years and we couldn't ask for a better daycare/preschool. Amazing staff with so much heart and caring mindset. It was wonderful seeing our daughter and son got excited about going to school everyday. The teachers really make an effort to engage the kids and develop them in a very individualized way. The management is really committed to providing a safe, fun, and loving environment. Sadly, we recently moved away from Natomas, and our kids keep wanting to go back 'old school' instead of 'new school'. We know that it might take some time for the kids to adjust with this huge changes but it still broke our hearts to hear them talk about their friends and teachers at Learning Pointe all the time. Learning Pointe Christian Preschool is clean and has a good and balanced education structure and most importantly it is affordable. Vanessa the Director and my daughter's teacher Ms. Sandy is very kind, welcoming and very professional. They are very detailed and will inform you of your child's day as well as daily activities. I can't help but compare them to the previous daycare my child used to go to in Roseville (Knowledge Beginnings - overpriced and unprofessional) I am very happy with LPCP and most importantly, my daughter enjoys going here and she has a pleasant disposition whenever I pick her up. read more

I went to pick my daughter's things at school today. On the car ride home I got emotional. I had to withdraw my daughter to shelter in place during this COVID-19 crisis. But I feel sad because my daughter and I really do miss this school. I'm also thankful that most of the teachers are still there during this crisis. I was worried about the teachers being able to keep their jobs. So many kids were sheltering at home. Glad they provide the essential service of childcare. The teachers and the director are very caring toward the children. The school is clean. A mini-report is provided every day on your child. You'll know about your child's food intake, mood, and whether she napped. There are even parent/teacher conferences, which many places don't have at the preschool level. There are fun extracurricular activities like a field trip to the pumpkin patch and school concert. You'll rest easy choosing this school. read more

If you're looking for a preschool that is fully engaged in children, positivity, and has a wonderful program, Learning Pointe has it all. The staff is amazing and they have become family to us over the past three years. We have a kiddo there full time and I've never once questioned leaving him for the day. Our 2 1/2 year old son has been attending this school since last fall and he absolutely loves it. The entire staff is amazing and there seems to be a nice balance of play and learning time. Our son has attended this school for almost 3 years and we are very happy. We have seen him flourish so much, both socially and academically, under the care of his wonderful teachers and he LOVES going to school there! Our experience with the teachers has been great. I have found everyone to be genuinely attentive and caring. The director, Ms. Kourtney, is always available for my questions/concerns, and is professional, approachable and warm. She is flexible and tries to work in partnership with the parents.
