They are typically busy but the wait is never long. Always friendly and accommodating when I need them to break a $10 or $20. You can wait on the benches but they also have a waiting room with complimentary water and coffee, which is nice on hot days. The exterior wash is usually good. Gets the bird poop out and makes the rims shiny. You can stay inside the car for the ride. The interior cleaning is where they fall a little short. It's good not great. I always notice a little dust or pebbles left in corners. Areas that require a bit more effort to vacuum or reach. They don't rush and if you point something out, they will grab supplies and go over any problematic areas so the service is good.

I could've done this at home if I knew it was going to look the same on the inside when i brought it in. I wouldn't go back honestly save your coin and your time and just do it at home. Update: Great customer service owner and manager rectified the situation and are very understanding about my complaints, truly makes me want to go back. I wouldn't of been heard if this was at another car wash but they care about their clients. The one in Boynton usually missed the front bumper and I would have to constantly mentioned to them that "hey! Don't forget the front bumper please". They always missed some spots inside the cabin and under my daughter car seat (now I just moved everything to the back for them to clean). And alway forget the door sill and the gas cap/tank area. For what they are charging, job should be atleast somewhat spotless. This one in Wellington did a pretty good job of cleaning my wife's car! Atleast 60-70% better.
