Would love to see price increases calm down so we don't get priced out of affording their services. With that said, we still keep going because it's hard to find the level of service and good to great grooming technique used by the Spaw. When we got to the place, there was dog hair all over the floor, I chatted with the manager there and they mentioned they wipe the floor 2-3x a day so I must've come during the tail ned. The appointment which typically takes 2-3 hours ended up taking 1.5 hours. They request payment and tip before they bring you your pet. I had some feedback that I shared with the manager and they reassured me that they care deeply about the salon and grooming service so I know they're working on improvements. They were happy to take my dog back to another cleaning, but I didn't have the time. I appreciate the time and effort the manager took to call and chat about my feedback.

Just from her vibes alone, you can tell that she cares so much about your furbaby and their needs. Unlike other boarding services, Cathy greatly prioritizes the comfort and well-being of all the animals that she takes on. My wife and I were going to be traveling out of state for 2 weeks and needed boarding for both our dog and cat. Normally, Cathy specializes with boarding dogs, but she was gracious enough to offer us a room in her home to board our cat. She absolutely did not have to do that, but we are eternally grateful that she did. Our cat basically raised his little dog sister, so they have a very close bond. Cathy even made the arrangements so that they could intermittently spend time together throughout the day and sleep together at night.
