When I came back home and applied the paint for the spots on my walls, it was an exact match. What a difference it makes when people do their jobs to the best of their abilities. And of course the main reason why we go buy our paint here is because of ther Harmony Line, it's water-based paint and low-odor with zero VOCs!!! Perfect for kids rooms or nurseries. Now, I didn't know that the gentleman was serving someone else one isle over, but they could have said "I'm sorry I can help you in a bit when I'm finishing with this customer in the next isle", but instead was very abrupt, and impatiently snapped that they were with someone else. Had I of know they were helping a customer somewhere else in the store. I would have waited patiently. Looking at some other very similar reviews, it looks to be a pattern of poor and rude behaviour from the owner. This is too bad, because the store itself has wonderful products.
