I went in looking for some leather chaps for cold weather riding. I wasn't disappointed in their selection. The ladies working were very helpful and super nice! On Veterans day they had an addition 10% discount making it 20% off with a military ID, awesome!!! So I was able to pick up some insulated leather chaps for a discounted price! They also will cut it down to size and fix it up if something happens to them, like a snap breaking or something. Basically if you're looking for anything leather, they will more than likely have it and the prices aren't bad at all! Oh! Worst return policy ever. I bought a pair of gloves on Saturday, and ended up not liking them. Went back Sunday to return, they told me refunding funds was against policy. They would exchange for something else, but wouldn't credit my card or give me cash back. Too bad as I was impressed by the store, the selection and service prior to purchase. Extremely disappointed. I went in 21feb19 and tried on motorcycle jackets. I found one on a 50% off rack that is a 5xl, which is too big in the waist but ok through the arms, chest, and shoulders, and I only need something for my Vegas jacket. Since I didn't have my card with me I had to come back the next day. The new sales associate refused to honor the 50% discount. Calling it a mistake. Although the associate from the day before said the two 5x's were there because they didn't sell. I showed the second associate that the other jackets on the rack had their prices scratched out with a pen, and the discount price was handwritten on them. For some reason the two 5x jackets discount prices were not hand written. The sales people here are obviously commissioned because they hover and will not leave you alone even if you make it clear you're just browsing. Oh well, next time I'm shopping for gear I'll get it at either my home in Spain or the one in LA. I hope LH enjoys the $75 they saved, because I'll never shop there again! read more
