One of the movers was disrespectful and lazy. I had to confront him and tell him that I noticed he wasn't doing much and was actively wasting time. I had to ask him to do his job which was uncomfortable. The company convinced me that I needed 3 movers, however, only 2 of them actually did work so I paid for the 3rd for no reason. They damaged my furniture. Honestly a terrible experience and I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I was so thankful because then I had more help from my family to unpack. They wrapped everything well and nothing was broken, which wasnt the case with my movers I hired for my last move. I will say the crew (not Brandon) did start to get tired and off track toward the end but ​ended up completing about 30 minutes ahead schedule of my quoted price. So I was surprised to receive an email saying my date was changed to the unconfirmed date I asked about and my original date now being gone. I asked for a refund on the deposit as it was not a mistake on my end that the date changed and he said it was non-refundable. Your mileage may vary with the company.
