Asked for some Indica flower and she points me to a single jar in the cabinet that allows me to see and smell the bud. $65.00 for an 8th. New guy here in Redding, CA. went to ALL the dispensaries to check not only the place, I like also to check the vibe, customer service, etc. No doubt leave it to nature, their managers and staff are at the top of this, great ambiance, the place is clean, the staff answers all your questions, staff looking nice and sober! lol I am personally the kind of guy that likes to ask a lot and they always take their time with me, great vibe, they even have a drive thru! , I mean right!! . it is the best place so far on my personal opinion. oh, and on top of that, is an easy access from I-5 / next to a tobacco store that gave you 10% off, if you tell them you come from LTN and a rite aid store at the other side! just freaking perfect. great place, highly recommended. read more

They have raised their prices and are one of the most expensive but do not carry a superior product to justify the increase. They have terrible customer service and frequently run out of product. This is highly unacceptable as I relying on them for Vet CBD oil for my dogs pain management. I ordered it from them 2 weeks in advance however they failed to stock their product. We have been shopping here for a couple months for my wife. She uses cannabis for medicinal purposes. We have to drive up from Chico because butte county doesn't know how to get it's head out of its own butt. This place ran out of a product my wife used that was really helping. They made no effort to give us any answers about when they would get it back in. Every time we called in they were short with us and rude over the phone. They could have cared less that my wife needed it and said we needed to come in if they would answer anymore questions. Our favorite dispensary around this area. Honestly probably our all time favorite just period. Jeff, Cesalie and Cathy are seriously always on point. Jeff and Cesalie call us by name, they make us feel like family around there and we consider them both friends. Cathy is so full of energy and just always so positive and sweet. Sam and Sarah are more new to us.. but they're really sweet too. Sarah literally went home and researched our dogs allergies and what would be helpful for his itching. We came in today and she told us what to use for him. Carson seems very knowledgeable and always makes sure to give us good service as well. We couldn't ask for a better team for our medical marijuana needs. We will stay loyal to this dispensary because of its crew! read more

I called , at about 11a.m., to ask about todays sale. I was told that vape cartridges were 2 for 1....buy one & get one. I arrived at the shop before noon and was told that they didn't have anymore of the "free cartridges" for sale ...they were sold out . Why wasn't I informed over the phone that they were sold out? This is the type of business practice that gives good, honorable shops a bad reputation. DO NOt SHOP HERE!!!!! Obviously this so called special/ sale was a lie. I am a first time buyer from this particular location. For me, the pricing was much better than any place in Sacramento I purchase from. However, with that being said. Their inventory was a little low. And the biggest issue I had, was the young man who was my budtender for my visit here. I went in looking for "green crack" and he immediately schooled me that it is no longer called that to get away from the crack stigma. Makes sense, right? So he sells me green goddess vape cartridge. Said it was the same thing. And it most certainly is not. I was excited to try this as I was looking for a little pick me up. But instead I had a nice 4 hour nap. I mean, I'm not mad about the nap, but I did have some projects I needed to finish, and I live too far away to return it. But whatever. To the owner of this establishment. Please educate this young man, make him read up, or don't keep him there. He shouldn't be selling people like me ( the kind that ask a lot of questions and aren't seasoned smokers). i'm big on my products & i know whats good and whats not period! im usually the one schooling the employees on what vendors are actually worth spending your money on! raw garden, beezle & guild are #1. im new to the area and i also live 30-40 mins away from tge club. good prices but unfortunately i am continually being let down by this place!! they take weeks to stock up on products and then they run out in a few days!!! its complete bullshit! they stock up on garbage and half the workers don't know much either. i drove 3hours to sonoma county to stock up on good products!!! this place is a let down! only good thing is there drive through! but what good is it if they dont have any products people want! read more
