First off everything was fantastic, at the very beginning you meet a guide who weighs you in (but it's not announced to the group- this just verify that you're within the weight limits) and then answers questions and drives you up the hill. We did the 5 line tour and our guides were great! They easily get you set up with your helmet and safety equipment, then show you on a short low line how the process works. After that you're off on a short (5min or less) hike. Then you're on to your first line. 4 out of 5 lines connect via their platforms. One is over 1/4 mile long and 190' feet in the air. It's pretty crazy realizing you're starting at the top of some trees. It was a fun adventure for everyone on our group. read more

Ziplining was fun as always. Excellent guides - fun and chill and above all, kept us safe so we can just have fun. I appreciated the "duck hunt" that kept people distracted and gave us something to do while we waited for other people to zip before or after us. Definitely helped us pass the time. I also appreciated the gear that this place had - The harness that we were given had a strap for our water bottle (provided for us - definitely drink it all on the tour) and a cell phone pocket. This was unique as I've never seen it in the other ziplining places I've been to. Helped us stay hydrated and allowed us to take photos. Other things to note: - You don't have to brake yourself on this tour. They will brake for you. Just listen to them and enjoy the ride. - The helmets have fun things on them so the guides can easily identify you. - On one of the lines, you can try to throw a rubber ducky into the balloon ducky in the pond - if you make it inside, there are different rewards you can win. This was week 30/52 in my endeavor to try one new (to me) local spot per week! Although... I have a confession. I visited Leavenworth Ziplines back in 2016 for their 5 line zip tour. THIS TIME, I did the nine line tour. So it was kind of new... Right? Shhh. Leavenworth Ziplines is located at the Mountain Springs Lodge on some backroads away from the main town. Easy to get to and GPS/service still accessible in this area. Large parking lot. Our instructors were so funny and so nice. Brian (I think his name was) was the one who met us at the lodge, got us all checked out, and took us up the hill to the start of the course. He was fun and personable as well. They add a little bit of silliness into the experience by everyone having a themed helmet. Mine was Twilight Sparkle... and my husband was something along the lines of Twinkletoes. Each helmet has some sort of headband on it too, so expect ridiculous photos. The highest off the ground we got was about 200 feet, and the fastest we got was up to 40 mph! It's definitely an adrenaline booster. That being said, each line, we felt incredibly safe and it was SO fun. Throughout the courses, the instructors were showing us different "tricks" and prompting us to do different things to add flair to our zips. If you've been to Leavenworth a ton of times but haven't done Leavenworth Ziplines, I HIGHLY recommend. Do the 9 line! It's spendier and about 4 hours long, but it's so worth it! read more

I was SO scared. I let my wife and daughter talk me into it. My heart was beating so fast that I was shaking. We got to the top and I was still thinking of backing out. Blake and Eve changed all of that with their humor and wit. We did the 5 lines course. I don't know that I've ever had this much fun in my life. Unbelievable Experience on July 18! Highly recommend heading up to Plains and experiencing the Leavenworth Ziplines. Our instructors (John and Bella ) were engaging, professional and made the experience loads of fun. The ziplines were simply put --- AMAZING. 1200'+ in length, beautiful, exhilerating, scenic and safe. This is a must-do experience for couples, families, kids and more. LZ was an excellent choice to get out of Leavenworth for a few hours. My family and I have been on several zip lines around the country and this is one of the better ones. Mark and Tyler made the experience fun and memorable. Safety was key to them. We were given some history of the surrounding area and the family that owns the property. We wanted to do the 9-line tour but it was booked up and ended up doing the 5-line (1 hr 45 mins). The first two lines were on the shorter side. For the price, we wanted lines that were longer. Nonetheless, it was fun. The kids had a great time and there was a lot of laughing. There is a reason I put "ducking" in title. There is a challenge that I don't want to give away but was fun. There are also cabins on the property and they also can host weddings (COVID permitting) We recommend LZ and would return....... for the 9-line of course. read more

This was my fiancés first time zip lining and she made her feel very comfortable and put a lot of fears to rest. She drove us out to the lines were we met Jason (Jboy) and Auggie (Auggie Doggie). Even if you are afraid of heights, which we had to overcome, but it was amazing! This would also be perfect for a bachelor or bachelorette party, then you can show off in front of all your friends! Another fun one would be going with coworkers as a team building exercise. Choose from 2 tours and book online, super easy! They have 9 Ziplines with a double decker platform and a 1/4 of a mile long zipline... that's nuts! It's so long! You can actually just sit back and relax all the way across! You'll get stunning views of the Beaver Creek Valley. There is a suspension bridge as well if you are doing the 9 rather than 5 lines which are around 3 and 2 hours respectively. They run tours from 8:30-5:30 depending on the day, so earlier and later options on the weekends. Prices are $89 and $109 respectively for the 5 and 9 line tours for adults, and $79 and $99 for youth aged 7-15. They can have 8 people per group which is tons of space to bring your friends and family! It's a great opportunity to bond while enjoying this thrilling adventure with fabulous views of the mountains! Just dress comfortably with sturdy shoes and they'll provide all the gear! You can even bring your phone along on the zipline which I went for, super easy to hold the line with 1 hand and your phone with the other to record your adventure, or go nuts and let go with both hands! read more

We had a great time ziplining in early September with our group of 3 (2 adults and a 10 y/o). The tour guides were friendly and personable - their anecdotes about the area or fun facts about the lines were cute and we enjoyed their company. This is a great place to go for a beginner Zipliner, someone nervous about whether they have enough athletic ability to Zipline or unsure if they will find it enjoyable. We were joined by 4 others - both older couples, neither of whom had Ziplined before, and all loved it. We are a bit more adventurous and adrenaline seeking, so 2+ hours to do 5 lines seemed to move at a slow pace, which was perfect for the 10 y/o but a little bland for myself and my partner, who have done ropes courses and Ziplined before. This place is top notch safety - you are clipped in at 3 points, and only the tour guides clip you in and out, so there is zero concern of something not being clipped in correctly. Highly recommend for a family, a first time Zipliner, etc. My feedback is to offer something faster paced or a pass for 1 or 2hrs flat for those more advanced to explore the lines on their own. read more

Went with family on a summer vacation in June, 2021. LOVED these guys - Sebastian and Ethan were A LOT of fun! They made everyone feel comfortable and safe - with lots of laughs along the way! (Don't forget to leave a tip for your guides if they did a good job!) RESERVE EARLY and do all 9 lines for sure. We booked late and could only do the shorter 5 line course - wish we had a chance to do all 9 lines. Groups are limited to 8, but if you have more than 8 you can book two groups on different lines (some on shorter 5 lines and some on longer 9 lines) or book two different times. This is in the same location as the Wild At Heart Horseback Riding and also a fly fishing... so maybe you'd even benefit from dividing your group between the different activities. There is a very nice restaurant as well as a coffee/tea depot on location. Highly recommend this place! read more

What an amazing thing to do in Leavenworth! My girlfriend and I were up in Leavenworth for a small 3 day vacation and we decided to try this Zip line place. The drive is short from the main road, it's at a beautiful resort, and the staff was very friendly. I regret booking too late because we had to take the 5 zip line trip instead of the 9 zip lines.
