This lodge about 2 1/2 hours outside of Seattle is really special! It's close to Leavenworth, which is the Germantown and close to a lot of hiking trails! My cousin had her wedding here and rented out all of the buildings at once. It was perfect! Each lodge has its own hot tub. And they are all pretty much walking distance from each other! The people checking you in are nice. Each cabins ambience is so cool and you feel like you are in a bougie cabin in the woods. If you are looking for wedding venues, outside of Seattle, definitely check this one out!

Your go-to place for snowmobiling in the Leavenworth area. I felt particularly safe. Our guide "Jimmy" was very articulate and clear regarding exactly how to use the snowmobiles and how we all would best communicate with each other during our 2 hour trail ride. Jimmy perpetually visually and verbally checked on us to ensure that all was well. In addition he took the time to explain to us the geography and he was kind enough to help take pictures of our group along the way. (we were pulled over of course) Mountain Spring Lodge provides it all: snow clothes, helmet, lesson, guide. They do a very nice job taking care of their snowmobiles as these machines were in pristine condition. If having fun, feeling safe and getting out into the great outdoors is right up your alley then call this facility and schedule your outing with this lodge and ask specifically for Jimmy.

Beaver Creek Grill for lunch was FANTASTIC! Best food we've had in Leavenworth/Plain in the 10 days we've been here. Broad, high quality ingredient menu. Clearly fresh and balanced. Excellent service and unbeatable atmosphere. Wish I'd taken pictures of our meals but they were too good to pause for photos. Cannot wait to come back!

We wanted the do the snowmobile for two hours. It was our first time, and our tour guide KC couldn't have been more accommodating. She switched up the groups to more of our level. She was patient and nice. We loved our experience and will do it again. Loved it

Chose this for my wedding venue, it was hands down the best location I could have asked for. Andrea and her team were so wonderful. Close to my Norwegian heratage in Leavenworth and far enough away to be in our own little world. Food was incredible and everything was beautiful. It rained and I still couldn't be happier. 100% would reccomend.

We did the Sleigh Ride and Snowmobile tour, both times we were lucky to have Jimmy as our guide, He was very friendly and welcoming, he was very knowledgeable about the areas history and really made our trip as amazing as possible. We had a perfect experience, would definitely want to come back. Thank you for helping us live out our Hallmark Christmas.

Our family of 4 came to enjoy a sleigh ride and a 1 he snowmobile tour. It was wonderful. The guides on both tours were knowledgeable and entertaining. Well worth the money. The cafe had great food also! Highly recommend this for a fun family time.

Wonderful food and people. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality food and fun. I had the hamburger and fries and was amazed by the quality and price. I took a hike afterwards and was greeted by a group of wild turkeys by the horse stables.

These guys helped me plan my wedding proposal hassle free! They gladly waved a certain fee for my gf and I, and gave us a private guided tour through the area so I could propose at a beautiful outlook. My gf crashed the shit out of the snowmobile. Plowed us right into a tree at around 20MPH. Bob (our tour guide) was the man!! He took care of us, and made sure I still had an opportunity to propose following my gf's hiccup. I recommend you get the insurance for the $12. Best money I ever spent! We got back to the lodge and the whole team gave us a big congratulations. The whole team is helpful and friendly. I'd recommend this business.

This place is absolutely stunning! Especially in the fall when all the foliage is changing colors. (see pictures) This is great if you need a lil R&R retreat to the mountains. We actually came here for a wedding and it was incredible. All the friends of the bride and groom stayed in the Ponderosa lodge which was perfect. We had our own room that was connected to the lodge which was very nice. This would be great location for a family get together. The lodge has a great private kitchen, some bench tables to sit at and a sitting/game room with a TV and pool table. I think what I liked most about this place is that it felt like a lodge in the wilderness by the way it was decorated and what not but it had a more new age feel to it and upgrades.

The grounds and facility of Mountain Springs Lodge is gorgeous, they have a cute little gift shop with assorted trinkets, lotions and cards for sale to peruse if you have extra time before your snowmobiling tour. This was our first snowmobile ride and we had an AMAZING time! We booked the "grandpa's rocker" 2 hour mid-day tour. The tour guide, Travis was very informative and made our trip an amazing experience. The snowmobiles are in tip-top shape (someone mentioned that they are replaced and rotated out every 2 years for optimal performance), they are easy to use and very easy to operate. The tour had 4 people and the guide; it was small enough to feel like a personal experience and we loved that! Travis gave us a quick how-to operate talk and we were on the snowmobiles for the next two hours! We navigated up and down hills, around corners and easily rotated with the snowmobiles. There was one small mishap when a woman on our tour flipped her snowmobile but we easily got it off of her, made sure she was ok and continued the tour. Travis was very knowledgable about the area and consistently made sure that we were all still behind him and feeling comfortable on the snowmobiles. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely do it again! We are planning our trip next year.

The conference room table downstairs would be pretty epic for a team offsite. The views are stellar and to have the river as the backdrop to the entire stay was superb! Some attention to details would make things a bit better, such as ensuring there are no spiders or their webs in the showers. The A-frame "annex" staircase is super noisy so there's no discrete way to go up or down those stairs for others that are sleeping. Also, the Wi-Fi struggles to maintain a signal in that loft area, and thankfully my Apple TV and other devices did okay regardless. A second node over on that side would strengthen that easily. Would recommend to stay there for sure, hoping we can do it again sometime.

My husband and I stayed in the Loft Suite which was nice and private and also perfect for Mario Kart tournaments in the downstairs section (we brought our Nintendo Switch and hooked it up to their projector). These homes are huge, beautiful, and well stocked for any sort of gathering. Julie was my point person during the booking process and stay and was helpful, friendly, and easy to get a hold of. She responded quickly to all of my questions and even delivered flowers to the vacation home that had been delivered to her own home (an extra ~30 min drive each way for her). She went out of her way to make sure that our weekend was special and she succeeded in every way possible! We could not have been happier with our stay at Riverside Properties and will definitely plan to come back in the future.

Well I'm unimpressed thus far with cleanliness. Finding not little but a lot of black hairs all…read moreover the main bathroom floor was gross. But the pile of hairs in the toilet was nasty. Totally gross. But the worst had yet to come. The towels literally smelled like mildew. My poor son, 6 1/2 and already exhausted because we'd driven for 7 plus hours and then all food options were eliminated by the late arrival, with only a microwave meal I figured a nice warm shower would help him relax before bed. Well he sadly looked at me and said "mama this towel smells really bad." And WOW it did. Then I was the lucky recipient of the next stinky towel. It was so bad I didn't even wipe myself off. I used the ONE washcloth that didn't stink to dry myself off. When we went to use the coffee machine the filter was dirty and the machine full of coffee grounds. It took me 3 cycles of 6 cups of water to get water to come through clean. How it was not simple enough to clean a coffee machine is beyond me. Our initial arrival we were greeted to a tower of trash and Rubbermaid bins WTF? When we called to ask about it they said they'd take care of it right away. At 12:30 am when we went to bed, it was all stillthere Day 2 we bought detergent to wash them because no one wants a knarly towel to dry off from the shower with. After washing them they're like new. But what a huge pain!!! For cleanliness they get a 2.5/5 from me. A bathroom is the second place you want REALLY clean aside from your bed. And then the kitchen. The beds were fine (a bit old and "springy") but I could have slept on the floor I was so tired. The bathroom should definitely have been mopped and properly cleaned. And I wouldn't have left a dirty coffee machine either. However, the ability to cook your own food 5/5 especially since it's slim pickings and terrifically long lines here for most places. The sledding hills at the property 5/5 because it's fluffy and clean snow. And great sledding. Assigned parking per unit 5/5 because it's easier to have "your" space than have to figure it out or fight for parking. Proximity to "downtown" is 2/5 if you've got kids OR if it's this much snow. It wouldn't be easy or safe to walk with kids with the amount of ice there is out and loads of snow. All in all, I give it a 3 since the value is there. Next time I know to bring cleaning products to make sure it's up to snuff.

I kindly told them we did not want to attend a sales presentation, nor did we want to be called. They were professional and accepted our no. They never bothered us after that, and we really appreciated that. We really like having a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit to ourselves-- even though we're just a retired couple. This sure beats sitting in a hotel room. It's very relaxing. Note to self: pay attention to whether or not they have elevators. They don't. I found out too late, and there were no lower units available. 19 stairs to climb, and it was tough on my bionic knee and arthritic hip. I dreaded the coming and going, because of that. My fault. Next time, I'll mention my disability. The unit was pretty clean, save for a couple of minor hiccup....such as the recycle bin not being emptied. As for the unit, we had a lovely view of the mountains and trees. We overlooked a park, and my husband enjoyed watching young kids playing baseball. It's about a 10 minute walk to downtown Leavenworth-- which is a cute little town that tries to mimic Bavaria. My continued complain is the ResortNet internet. It's a royal pain to share 2 devices and I'd get that dreaded "you have exceeded your device allotment". Arrrgh, even though I haven't. Calling ResortNet is futile.
