The Gonzalez contract stated scraping of old paint is included, but the team refused to scrape paint off my siding saying they don't do that. I brought it up with the foreman multiple times. Well, most of the exterior of my house is siding, so I would never have signed the contract if that was stated at the outset. See the attached photo for how they just spray paint over peeling paint. I called the owner and left a message but there was no return call. I won't get into other issues, but for this reason alone, I am giving 1 star.

Well, I couldn't be happier with the results by Quality Seamless Gutters! We replaced the two troublesome ones on our lower roof with wider gutters and that really took care of the problem. Thankfully there was no damage to the facia from years of overfill and backfill. They also found the gutters on our higher roof needed tweaking on how they were sloped so they'd drain better. It took 2 months for them to attempt to fix the railing. See pictures to see what they consider finished work. 3 days ago I was threatened with legal action if I did not pay the balance due on the insurance claim. They have started the the process of reporting me to the 3 main credit bureaus. When I sent the pictures to their office the response was " you owe us money pay your bills " I wish this was the only issue I had with this contractor. If I had it to do all over I wouldn't hire these guys to install a TV.
