Every company that came to see it thought it would be simple. But when J1 came out to perform the repair and ended up spending several hours working on it, they realized it wasn't so simple. But, they didn't charge us for anything that visit and even apologized for not being able to make it happen. They explained the necessary parts that needed to be ordered before they could correctly make the repair. They put in the order, and came back out as soon as the parts came in.
