Recently, I went in with my elderly father to have his suit tailored for my wedding and Kim shooed us off and said she was too busy to do the alterations. We were flabbergasted as we have been customers for decades. I understand she may have been busy but the way the message was delivered made us feel less than and was disappointing to hear from someone who we have referred neighbors to and provided business. Because of my experience, I have not been back and will not go back. I would say that if it is a slow season for Ms. Kim, you may have luck but if it's busy I'd suggest looking elsewhere for someone who can do it for less and still make you look and feel good.
