Sammie was so friendly and professional and pinned everything to make sure I would be ok with the new length of the dress. Additionally, she noticed something in the back of the dress that she could alter to make it look even better on me. When I went to pick up the finished dress, I was completely floored. The dress looked FABULOUS and you wouldn't even be able to tell it had been altered in the first place. Sammie does absolutely amazing work and I wouldn't hesitate to go back whenever I needed anything altered. I was so impressed that my mom even went to get her pants for the wedding hemmed. I had been going to Kim's tailors since I was in high school so I am a longtime customer for both…read moredry cleaning and alterations and while her work was pricey, it was worth it as she would help to make sure any alterations were truly flattering. Recently, I went in with my elderly father to have his suit tailored for my wedding and Kim shooed us off and said she was too busy to do the alterations. We were flabbergasted as we have been customers for decades. I understand she may have been busy but the way the message was delivered made us feel less than and was disappointing to hear from someone who we have referred neighbors to and provided business. Because of my experience, I have not been back and will not go back. I would say that if it is a slow season for Ms. Kim, you may have luck but if it's busy I'd suggest looking elsewhere for someone who can do it for less and still make you look and feel good.

He suggested a machine he didn't have for sale, which we got, and explained everything in detail about our old one. It was overall a wonderful experience. He is great and knowledgeable.
