He tried to get me to sign up for the "forever fingerprints" at $265, but I declined, saying that if what he said was true, then I didn't need to sign up for anything extra. Well, my fingerprints got declined for "insufficient quality." I called Kelly, and the phone went to a fast busy at three different times during the day. I emailed him and a day later, I got a response to email him the denial letter. I emailed him all six pages they sent me, immediately. I didn't hear back for three days, stating that he has now retired to the Philippines (you think he didn't already know that when he took my prints?), and that the new owner is in India until 8/10 and he'll be happy to redo my prints. Um, sir, that is almost TWO months in the future ... you are a piece of work!!! What a SCAM!!

More importantly, they take great care of their groups. The groups are comprised of middle-aged and elderly travelers, and the Pauls feature the right mix of easy and adventurous activities for their groups. Mother and I went on a cruise through the Panama Canal a few years ago with the group. They helped me watch out for Mother, and I got to climb the Dunn River Falls, ride a camel, zip-line through a mahogany forest and much more. A lot of tour groups will do this kind of thing, but here's the difference. In Jamaica, we made an unscheduled stop to buy rum. I had no money with me. Tom Paul pulled out his wallet, handed me a $20 and said, "You can pay me back later." This little thing impressed me so much, that he would do that for a complete stranger. We've got a British Isles cruise coming up in a few weeks and Mother and I are really looking forward to it! September 2015 I thought I would update my review now that we've returned from our British Isles Cruise. The large Princess ship was not great. The food was adequate (no more), the lines long, and the service moderate. The Pauls were incredible. We had a few days in London ahead of boarding, and the Pauls, as usual, took great care of the group. Everything was well-planned and well-executed. Once aboard ship, the Pauls took care to make sure everyone in their group was included in all the planned activities. I cannot recommend the Pauls highly enough for their kindness, attention to detail, and ease of travel.

Got a response momentarily that someone is already assigned to pick me up and drop to my hotel. Man, I wasnt expecting that, usually I was getting the confirmation earliest at 7am. Anyway, long story short, I have an agreement with Tog, that whenever Im there I dont even have to wait for his confirmation response, all I need to do is just shoot him a text. And ta-da, driver is there waiting for me. BTW, the driver was friendly and accommodating, the vehicle was top-notch, and the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this limo service for anyone in need of reliable and luxurious transportation! Good luck, see ya next Monday again!
