For all I know this was some dealer who was trying to remain anonymous. After I established that I had, in fact, reach Dallas Town Car I asked him about transportation to DFW. This guy was totally clueless as to how to conduct a client engagement since he was also carrying on a side conversation with a buddy of his. I told him that he obviously was having trouble paying attention and hung up. Whoever owns and runs this business needs to pay attention to detail regarding who they charge with answering the phones and fielding calls. It seems as if the new normal is to get workers with the attention spam of a chipmunk and the language skills of someone fresh in from Juarez. I am going to give my business to a company with people who KNOW how to deal with the public, speak English and understand that treating EVERY potential customer politely is paramount. This is simple blocking and tackling. Obviously DTC doesn't get that. So, adios and my dollars are going to another firm.
