We had Lonnie and his team plan and build our home theater. This included layout, equipment selection, demolition, construction as well as overseeing the aesthetic design team (colors, carpets, aesthetic materials, aesthetic touches, etc.). The system included a 120" projection, 7.2 channel sound, CinemaTech theater seats, and Control4 smart home control integration. I was blown away through every step of the process. The end result is nothing short of amazing. Lonnie's responsiveness, thoroughness and respectfulness were all world class. I was particularly impressed by his sense of value for money. Where other installers we talked to wanted to spend our money like drunken sailors, I felt like Lonnie was spending our money as if it were his own. He would thoughtfully point out equipment or design techniques that could save a little here, a little there, and a lot someplace else. All the while insuring that our end resulting was an amazing, mind blowing home theater. He also did a great job of dealing with me, my wife, as well as our interior designers. For instance, he very gently nudged me to change my somewhat stubborn misconceptions about the display technology we used, the lighting programming that he designed, and the remote control technology. My Wife and I recently moved into a new spec home that was meticulously built from the foundation up. Once moved in, we decided that there were a few upgrades and customizations that we would carry out to truly make the house ours, one of these being the entertainment, electronics, and security systems in the house. Ledcom had initially done the audio wiring, networking, and telephony in the home, and I was initially impressed with the work. Not wanting to rock the boat, I decided to call Lonnie from Ledcom to continue working in our home to complete our laundry list of customizations. Lonnie and his team at Ledcom were the most courteous, clean, quick, and fair installers I've ever dealt with. At no point did I feel like I was being up sold, I simply felt that I was having my needs met. Not your typical experience in working with contractors of any sort. At the end of the day, Lonnie installed two complete home theatre systems, a whole-home Sonos, Wifi and LAN, IP enabled security system with multiple cameras, numerous TVs, and an outdoor audio system. I am completely blown away by the level of detail these professionals put into their work. Our builder used them for all the low voltage (I think that is what it's called) wiring in our house (theatre, speakers, security, etc.) and to install the central vacuum system. We hired them to mount all our tvs and get all our equipment set up (TVs, gaming systems, apple TV, bluray players, etc. etc.). It's the first time I've ever lived in a house where I can't see a single cord and everything works!!! And they were so meticulous about the setup, they even coached me on how to manage my other vendors to keep things in order. Ledcom is the best in the business. I can't believe I never used them in the past. Lonnie is an expert that completely understands low voltage electronics. He lives this stuff and will not settle for low end products. If you want cheap products and poor installation go somewhere else. These guys only offer the best. We met the guys at Ledcom through the people from whom we bought our new house. Since then, they've finished several projects for us including home theater setup, security system configuration, and a full home integration project including alarms, lighting and climate control. These guys have delivered flawless work, on time, and at very reasonable prices. Last time they came up to the house, the installed a custom housing for our front gate antenna and fixed one of our security cameras without us even knowing it was down. Lonnie was completely rude and unprofessional. My building of 21 condos was referred to him by out management company. I spoke with him twice. The first time he said he would call me back to schedule an appt and never did. The second time he wanted to just quote me a price without coming out. Then when I asked him to come out so he can see our building he wanted me to know how expensive he is. Well we all own $1m condos so that was very insulting. Then he said he's not interested and hung up on me. Do not deal with these people. So unprofessional. read more

We needed a company to install a very sophisticated home theater system. We met with many companies but weren't comfortable until Ledcom came out. Their bid was reasonable but most importantly they were smart, cutting edge, and had the most creative ideas and design. They were fast and clean, too. I was referred to Ledcom by a friend to install surround speakers in the ceiling of our living room and mount a TV in a bedroom. Within a week, Lonnie was at our place, working quickly and neatly. The finished result is great. Everything looks amazing, with all wiring completely invisible. They even cleaned up some lazy installation by old installers, making everything look perfect, even a TV they didn't install. read more

We were connected to Ledcom thru the people we bought our house from, and they had also done installs for many of our neighbors. They had previously used them to set up their home theatre system. They did a flatscreen install for us, and they completed the TV/Audio system that was already in the house. They certainly know their AV stuff and are trustworthy and reasonably priced. I felt comfortable leaving them in my house when I had to go and they followed up to see if we had any problems or questions. I would recommend them for sure, but you should have THEM purchase any needed equipment so that there is no confusion about the exacty type of receiver/dvd player/etc. needed - we had to do some running around to find the right stuff. read more
