Dr Guo was the best dentist I ever had. very caring, very informative and fast. and without pain. her assistant was just as great.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!! I have been to 3 appointments and they have not touched my teeth once. they have set me up for 2 different appointments where my dentist didn't even know what we were doing that day, used all my benefits for appointments where they told me the same things over and over and never actually did anything. They also quoted me almost 6 times more than my old dentist for a treatment that was less effective. this place is an absolute disaster. read more

I told the person cleaning my teeth that I did not want x-rays because my insurance would charge me for them. She assured me that would not be the case. Four months later a bill for $90 shows up saying my insurance wouldn't cover this portion. My insurance says the bill is for one thing, and this office says it was for another thing. Now I am stuck with a $90 bill and two different reasons as to why I have this bill. Terrible dental office, I will be searching for a new dentist asap. Then when I try and pay my bill online, if I can even get to the section to pay (due to their website not working), the letter they send in the mail doesn't have any of the information to pay online. read more

Quality of care has gone down over the years! my last three cleanings have been canceled and I had to call to try and reschedule. was told there were no openings at this time that fit my timeframe for my next cleaning! was told they would call if there was any openings. never received a call . They are crooks. If you are in a PPO they tack on "custom" charges that are not approved by insurance but make you pay. I have spent hours contacting them about mistakes they make in billing and more hours trying to get my money back. As far as care- it takes months to make an appointment which they will cancel on you later. Do not recommend. Only gave them 1 star as I had to. read more

They are using OLD information and still requiring masks which is just silly. Beyond silly at this point of knowledge actually. This place is HORRIBLE!!!! The Dr is rude-chewed me out for my 11 chipping his tooth-and me not storing the broken part properly. The front desk-the old lady wanted me to touch this nasty iPad. They told me to sit outside while my 2 children were getting work done because of the"aerosols" in the air in the waiting room. Refused. I have had enough of the way I can't go back when my children are getting worked on. My youngest child wants me back with her when she is getting work done-they don't want that. Crooks. Don't go here. My husband went to just get a crown glued back on and they insisted on doing x-rays just so they could charge our insurance. Our insurance paid for everything and they still billed him around $80 at the appt. Then they sent us a subsequent bill in the mail for another $80. I contacted the insurance and they said that the responsibility on our behalf with zero dollars. So we're actually owed a refund of around $80 and instead these jerks sent our account to collections. What a racket. Not to mention, the crown FELL OFF less than a month later. Useless. I'm filing a Better Business Bureau complaint and writing the same review on Google. People should know what they're doing. read more

My first appointment I waited two months. Once there, they took Xrays and then said they couldn't find the main one, so they could not give me an estimate. Then they setup an appointment for me 3-4 months out to see their specialist. In the mean time they sent me a bill. Well before I setup the first appointment, I checked to make sure they took my insurance, which they did. My insurance pays for 2 visits like this per year. So I shouldn't have been billed anything. Took a lot of time to finally get the billing resolved so they said I didn't owe anything. Then some guy calls me up after 2-3 months and says they canceled my appointment with the specialist but I could come in again for a "free" consult like before. So they will attempt to try to bill you even though you don't owe them anything. read more

No stars. They did work NOT covered by insurance during my first visit WITHOUT informing me and I was expected to cough up 200.00 then and there! I requested a broken tooth be fixed first but they did cosmetic work instead. Then I ended up with a toothache, when I called I was told I would receive a call back. I NEVER got a call back! I guess they are just trying to cover their overhead on the huge office building and feel that they certainly don't care about their patients. read more

I have been coming here literally since I was a child, and even though I don't live in GB anymore, I still drive to get all my cleanings done and I got my teeth professionally whitened here before my sisters wedding. Braces? Done here. Regular cleanings? Done here. Professional whitening, complete with take-home kit and trays? Done here. They give amazing service, their receptionists are very friendly and I don't think I've ever, ever waited more than 10 minutes until I was seen. Below average Orthodontics care with my Invisiline contract. Poor billing customer service. Reception was very friendly.

Absolutely aweful! 5 months ago they insisted on filling a tooth that was on the verge of a cavity and ever since then I have had cold sensitivity and pain when I chew on that side. I went in to get it checked out and they said to use sensitive toothpaste. It didn't fix it so I went in 2 months later and they redid the filling and tried to charge me even though it was their fault to begin with. It still was sensitive so I go in another 2 months later and all they did was poke around and say you might need a root canal and again they charged me. It was their fault and they charge me for trying to get it fixed. Never ever going here again! read more

A doctor from the Green Bay office could not make my tooth numb after making six or more injections. In the end, he said that my tooth is not sensitive to anesthesia, cannot be numb today, and I'm ok to go without filling. I would not believe this possible if it did not happen to me. I provided this company with my feedback in two different places but after more than a month and several follow-ups, nobody from the management or customer care responded. My advice is to avoid this place by all means. read more

This all started in Oct.. Had a tooth bothering me ,so I called in and made an appointment. Couldn't get in till the end of Dec.. Got my estimate and asked about dentures. Made another appointment two months out. Went to it.They came up with a plan but no estimate. Just a out of pocket bill. Then don't call us we'll call you for the estimate from the oral surgeon. About a month later I got a call to remind me of my appointment the next day(first I knew about it).I was given an estimate of what they wanted to do. I couldn't find the resources to pay for all of it. Called in to make another appointment. They said they will call me back. Didn't call me back. Next day I called them. They then told me I had an appointment for that day I didn't know about. Explained to them I didn't have the money for all the work and asked if I can get some of it done. Got a new estimate . They then said they have to review my case and will get back to me in 2 to3 weeks. It's now 10 weeks. No work done. Most of my insurance used up. Can NOT recommend them. read more

I like going here for a couple of reasons. 1. They have excellent hours. 2. They always have appointments available more so than a tiny dental practice. 3. They offer insurance on top of your insurance which really brings down any costs you may have. Filings are expense all. I dislike it only because I never have the same doctor or hygienist. I went to Dental Associates on a Friday at 7 AM to have a tooth prepped for a crown. I was in the chair for 3 hours, then as I was getting in my car to leave, my temp crown fell off. (I wasn't even out of the parking lot) went back in... They immediately glued it back on. On Saturday the crown fell off again.... I called Dental Associates emergency number. After 45 min they finally called back....dentist told me "they were closed and I should call back Monday" You tell me good service? What good is an emergency number if they wont do anything? So I can live with exposed nerves till Monday because they're on call dentist wont take care of it. You got to be kidding me. read more

I was told I would be charged $95 (total with insurance) when I made the appointment, not $195 + $50 insurance for a total of $250 .Also, I never received the estimate I asked for. They wanted to make another appointment at $70 for that. I have only disputed the charges down to the $95 they told me it would be. At this point I feel I deserve a full refund. If you need a copy of the audio file (mp3) I will be happy to email you it. They told me that they record their phone calls. You might want to ask them for a copy of when I made the appointment, where you will clearly hear me tell them that I was NOT a new patient and that I was there years earlier. I have been a cardholder since 1996 and this is the first dispute I have ever made. yes "they won" the credit card dispute. Call them ask for an estimate to get some work done. they will tell you a total of $95 and never mention that price is only for first time costumers. they will only ask you AFTER the appointment has been made if you have been there before and tell them YES they still DO NOT give you the real price if you have been there in the last 6 years they will charge you full price ($250 at least) read more

I had to see a dentist fast and was hesitant going back to my own, so, after seeing a few good reviews here I gave Dental Associates a try. At first they couldn't get me in for a few months, which was a bit frustrating but a good sign that their patients keep coming back. A few hours after booking the appt they called me and said they could get me in the very next day. I was shocked at the effort they put in for a brand new patient. They were so friendly and my dentist was amazing. I learned more about my teeth in that half hour than I've ever known before and for the first time, a dentist took the time to listen and actually pinpointed exactly where the pain I had was coming from. They weren't the first dentist I've asked about the same problem, but they were the first to find a solution. I'm a fan. read more
