All I can say is wow the pizza and wings were fire! I haven't had Ledos in quite sometime so I decided to grab a medium veggie pizza and the (6) jumbo wings 1/2 lemon pepper and 1/2 garlic Parmesan. And when I tell you the pizza and wings came out fresh...yes sir and yes ma'am it was so good. I was greeted right when I ordered and had about 20-mins to kill so I walked around and then came back and sat in their waiting area. I did ask for red pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese which they gave me a good amount of each. I wish I would have asked for a side of marinara sauce for dipping...but next time. One thing I would say is that the Parmesan sauce in the wings could have been tossed much better. But other than that everything was really good! I picked up this order with a friend who lived in the vicinity. This food was NOT the Ledo's which was accustomed to eating. We ordered a small Ledo's deluxe and nothing about it was deluxe. The bacon was half cooked along with the meat; WTH (sorry). We also ordered 6 wings with BBQ sauce in the side along with an order of Mozzarella sticks which were horrible. Usually my 2 stars are that I won't likely return, but I'm not sure in this case. We may return. This place was a little awkward. I have been to Ledos in several places tons of times. Even though this is a full-size Ledos, you have to order at the counter. That made me a bit unclear on the tipping situation, as I didn't know what to expect for service. We sat down, and someone came and gave us paper plates and plastic utensils. That didn't bother me so much. They did bring the pizza over to us, but that's pretty much the service you get. They were nice. It's just not service-centric, even though there appeared to be at least one other person standing around. We brought our trash to the trash can and left our table clean. Tried to give this location another chance, but today is the last day I patronize this location. They forgot to add bacon to my pizza and when I pointed it out, he had the cook throw on cold precooked bacon that was sitting in a plastic bin on the counter top. I asked if they could at least heat it through and was told "No". They tried to tell me that's how they always do it but that's false considering I've had the pizza countless times and it never looked like that. I felt I was being penalized for their mistake. Why would you add a topping that wasn't baked with the other toppings. I couldn't believe both Mohammed and Ulla agreed that the pizza should be served that way. I asked for a refund after both of them vehemently opposed heating the pizza. Mohammed proceeded to tell me " that's better"!! They would rather lose money and product and gain a unsatisfied customer than provide good quality food and service. I wouldnt be surprised if they sold my order to another customer considering how they don't pride themselves on having standards for the food they serve to our community. I couldn't believe that they denied warming up the food they neglected to prepare properly. Food that I paid for. In a prior post I stated that there's a culture at this location and today further supports my argument. No respect for the African American community or women. They are definitely hurting themselves with their practices because they have so much competition in this area and with services like DoorDash and Uber Eats, we aren't bound to just local pizza spots. This location should consider this and adjust accordingly or risk being forced to close. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. Do not patronize this location. Ledo Pizza is my favorite pizza joint! Every once in a while I stop by this location, which is just 10-15 minutes form my house to get some takeout. The pizza and wings is of great quality -- exactly what you would expect from a Ledos. The food comes out within 15 - 20 minutes on a regular night which means it's ready just as I pull up to the store. The staff is pretty friendly; they are quick to ask about my day or strike a brief conversation. I'll keep coming back for sure. read more

Horrible customer service. I went to pick up my order w two gift cards one was a small value which i knew the amount of the other was going to cover the remainder. They guy who helped me (said his name was abib) refused to take it. He said it wasnt worth the effort (of scanning an fn card smh). Now, let's be clear - the pizza is still delicious. Hands down. Without a doubt. My beef is with the employee that I recently dealt with today. I ordered my pizza online, a 14" and an 8" pizza. I set a time for 4:15p to pick up the pizza which about an hour prior at the time of placing the order online. I decided to do some food shopping first before picking up the pizza which led me to arriving a good 45 minutes later at 5p. When they brought out my pizzas, they hand me the 14" and an 18". I was surprised! It was a nice surprise because I knew, as we all knew how delicious their pizzas is. So told him, that it's fine, I can happily take that pizza. What does the employee do? He decided that I either had to pay the difference for the larger pizza or wait another 10-15 minutes for them to make a small pizza as per my order. I was like, why? I mean it wasn't even my mistake to begin with and those are the two options you gave me? Pay the difference or wait another 10-15 minutes on an order I'm already 45 minutes late in picking up? For what reason? What will you do with the 18" pizza? Clearly, you're not going to give it to someone else, so the only logical reason is to either discard or give to employee. Discard it will be such a waste. Giving to employee will be pretty...selfish. But you know what? So am I. So I am very disappointed with the decision making of this particular employee to callously impose these restrictive options and take away the 18" pizza on account of their own mistakes. So I still love Ledo's pizza, but I simply will not go to Forestville Ledo's Pizza. No sire. I will now head over to Rtichie's Station Ledo's pizza as they just opened. I remember having Ledo's Pizza for the first time when I was a kid, maybe about 12 or so. My uncle worked out around New Carrollton and he would pick some up and bring it home after work. It was the most delicious pizza ever, with its delicious flaky crust and thick pepperonis, ooey-gooey stretchy cheese and my uncles favorite "pre-cooked thick bacon." Needless to say I was thrilled when a Ledos was put up just MINUTES away from my house recently. I did not get the chance to visit when they first opened and then they experience a quick closing when a neighboring store had a gas leak which actually exploded destroying the Ledos and several other stores around but these guys are persistent, they opened ANOTHER store on the same lot not too long after. This was my chance. Atmosphere: Very quiet, they barely had any customers sitting in the dining area. It was about noon time. Only a few people sitting up front waiting for their orders. Services: Service was good, they were quick to see me but then again I was the only person in line. They were very nice which makes me feel bad that I have to give the review of their food below. UNFORTUNATELY, I was sorely and highly disappointed. Just to be sure it wasn't just a fluke I have went back a few times and it was not a fluke, this is how they do it in Forrestville. The crust isn't flaky, it's mushy, sweet and undercooked with a odd powerdy feel to the underside that doesn't seem to come off with a napkin, you have to go and wash your hand just to get it off. It's almost as if they tried to make a cake then changed their mind and went to make a pizza crust. The sauce is ALSO sweet, You can choke it down, maybe 3 squares but after that it starts to get really annoying. I asked for pre-cooked bacon expecting the thick kind my uncle used to get but instead it was regular thin bacon broken into extremely small bits most likely to cover more ground with less bacon. Imagine taking a strip of cooked bacon, putting it in a ziplock bag and then banging with a hammer until it was almost powdery then sprinking that one piece of bacon across like 3 squares of pizza. All in all the only thing that remained the same was the thick cut pepperoni's which they continue to give only 1 pepperoni per square of pizza. If you're looking for a pizza to taste like pizza, this isn't the place. If you're looking for a pizza to taste like sweet cake pizza, then you're in luck. read more

I called to order my pizza over the phone and asked for the pricing the guy told me 18.99 but when i arrived in store they charged me 23.58. What bothers me is the fact that i asked for the price they gave me one but changed it when i arrived. I paid for the pizza and told the guy i had been told another price over the phone. He was very rude shoved the receipt at me and told me that was the price. I responded saying they should give accurate pricing when they are asked. The man that i had spoken to over the phone was there also and told me he assumed i knew the price..... clearly if I'm asking the price its because i don't know it, and if i ask for pricing i expect it to be accurate. If you've eaten at almost any Ledo, the food quality is roughly comparable. Nothing will blow your hair back but you will be full when you leave and the price is certainly reasonable. I would probably give them four stars (after all, I am fond of the stromboli and the calzones) for those reasons if it weren't for the fact that the service is pretty crappy. You can tell that the employees don't want to be there some days and that definitely comes across in the dining experience. Then again, there are days where they will surprise you and actually be on the ball with the service. Still, if this Ledo wasn't around the corner from my place of work, I'd never go there. read more

Ledo Pizza has delicious pizza! I think it's much better than their competition in the area. They are normally on time with carry-out orders as I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for orders that I've called in. They are good about putting coupons out for their pizza too. GREAT! The only negative think I'd say about Ledos is their pricing on the pizza. Ledo's pizza is higher priced compared to their competition in the same shopping center. I've never eaten in the dine-in and don't plan to do so as it looks quite tacky for my tastes. Also, one must request the hot peppers and extra cheese packets at the counter. Sometimes they forget to add napkins on top of the box. I just remind them so I can take my pizza home while it's hot.
