My wife and I are always talking about the different locations where we dine, and she kept saying, "I can't wait to try it." It was a little busy tonight. There were only a few tables left when we arrived, and shortly afterward they were all filled. We ordered drinks, and I also ordered the Baby Kale Salad. It had fresh apples that were sweet, crisp, and cut perfectly. The vinaigrette complemented all of the ingredients without overpowering them. It was a great way to start dinner. If I had one small suggestion, it would be just a little more dressing, but it was still wonderful. The three of us shared it. For dinner, my wife had the evening special--chicken with pappardelle pasta, asparagus, and a delicious sauce. My mom and I both ordered the Lasagne with house-made pasta, beef, fresh mozzarella, and tomato sauce. The meals came out looking fantastic, as they always do, and everything was excellent. My wife's chicken was incredibly tender and full of flavor, and it paired perfectly with the pappardelle pasta. I already knew the lasagna was going to be outstanding, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The service here continues to be exceptional. Our water glasses were always kept full, empty plates were cleared promptly, and everyone worked together to make it a great dining experience. For dessert, my wife and I ordered our favorite, the Lemon Cheesecake, and my mom chose the Apple Bread Pudding. The cheesecake was excellent, as always, and the bread pudding was also very good--my mom absolutely loved it. Overall, another outstanding meal with excellent service. We will definitely be back.

We visited around 1 PM on a Saturday and were seated immediately, which was a great start. For appetizers, we ordered the Caesar salad and calamari. The Caesar salad was surprisingly small and came with only two croutons. The calamari was a decent portion size, but the flavor was just okay, I've definitely had better elsewhere. For our entrée, we ordered the fettuccine Alfredo. The flavor itself was very good, but the noodles were extremely watery, almost giving the dish a soup-like consistency. The portion size was also extremely small, especially considering the price point. Overall, I found the restaurant to be quite expensive for both the portion sizes and the overall dining experience. While the service and seating were fine, the food was ultimately underwhelming for me. Unfortunately, it's not a place I would return to.

My family of four arrived around 8:45 PM, fully aware the restaurant closed at 10, so we made sure to order, eat, and move along quickly and respectfully. We were seated in Tyrone's section. He greeted us initially, brought our drinks, and took our order, but after that he barely checked on us at all. I had to flag him down just to ask for a refill on my soup, and by the time it finally came out, a young lady brought it to us. We were already eating our entrees. I asked her for a container, which she never came back with. We were never offered drink refills, soup refills, salad refills, or even a simple check-in to see if we needed anything. What made the situation worse was that we could clearly see him giving attentive service to the table beside us, checking on them multiple times throughout the evening while completely ignoring ours. When we asked for boxes, he grabbed some from another table behind him and tossed them onto our table in a very careless and rude manner. My son politely asked if smoothies came with refills, and instead of responding to him directly, Tyrone just stared at him until I looked back at him, then he finally said, "Oh no, not on those." By the end of the meal, I finally asked if there was an issue because his attitude toward us felt extremely short and dismissive the entire night. This was honestly one of the worst experiences I've had at Olive Garden, which is unfortunate because I usually enjoy coming here with my family. Poor customer service can completely ruin what should have been a nice family dinner. The restaurant was pretty empty, quiet and in the mists of their evening clean up by the end of our visit.

As a matter of fact, I was going to do a separate review of this New Zealand wine but let me just mention now, the description on their website is accurate. In summary: balanced, bright, crisp, smooth. I love citrusy wine but what sold me was the notes of tropical passionfruit, guava, and kiwi on top of the lemongrass, grapefruit and Meyer lemon blend. IMHO ... one of the better house (#cheap #inexpensive) Sauvignon Blancs I've had. Don't wanna single out any specific wine but definitely better than other house brands at other chain/franchise restaurants. However, to include broccoli was an upcharge. Ended up buying three bags of frozen broccoli and another jar of Alfredo sauce from Aldi to doctor up our order. Sad, sad, sad. You pay for convenience but moving forward, I will plan better and cook my own for wayyyy cheaper. Let me reiterate: decent food and prices are comparably better. I was told that they work "expedite" my food which I wasn't concerned about. I would say I waited no more than 8 min before they called my name. I don't normally check my food for pizza pick up because I've never had an issue - I mean what could go wrong‍ Well I get home and when I said they were skimpy the first time, they were cheap this time around, It was like They did a pinch of each topping and sporadically placed them, the garlic bread wasn't even cooked all the way. it was like a flash bake - because h mozzarella wasn't even melted. The whole idea of picking up a meal was so I didn't have to cook Well I had search for some topping to quickly sauté and add to the nonexistent toppings and rebake the garlic bread. Very disappointed - this is a franchise so I won't recommend this one. There is another one 30-35 min out - I may give them a shot. Sorry I didn't take pics because I was already irritated. I gave a 3 because the pizza was good - just not up to par.
