I went in to get my bridesmaid dress altered and hemmed. She completed the service by the date she had told me it would be done. Roughly a week. I went to pick it up after work so I didn't try on the dress. I tried on the dress at home and the bottom was uneven, left side was longer than the left side of the dress. The top was too tight and I could barely lift my arms ups. I would recommend any ladies that need their dresses altered or hemmed, to stretch & lift arms to make sure you will be comfortable doing things. *This store accepts CASH ONLY. The staff were so nice and seemed genuinely happy to see me. I took a pair of jeans to be hemmed. They had me try on the jeans there so they could mark how much to take in. I had the choice to have a regular hem or a "fancy" hem, which is where the hem looks like it did when I bought the pants. The regular and fancy hem is only available for jeans, other pants are all hemmed the same way. The fancy hem did cost a little more but it was totally worth it. You can pay upfront or when you pick up your order, they do not accept cards, only cash. You get a paper ticket that you bring with you when you pick up your items. They will call you once they are ready. I was told my pants would take three days, but they were ready in two. The turnaround time depends on their workload and how difficult the alteration is. Make sure to give them enough turnaround time. I was really happy with the result and will definitely be back! read more

My lady retired, and this dress is for my sisters wedding so naturally I was very nervous to try someone new. Found her on yelp with 5 stars, and I am so happy. She was so nice. She brought the slit up where it needed to sit & hemmed the bottom & also took a little off the shoulders.
