I had used LuLu's Cleaning Service for about a year. I called and LuLu and Tony came out to assess the service I was going to need. They did an inspection and gave me an estimate and we set up a bi-weekly schedule. The initial price was set and the schedule set for what was to be done at each visit. I was very pleased with the way the ladies worked their way through the house. They started in the back and worked their way up to the front. I have a 3bdrm and 2 bath, hallway, kitchen and dining room, and living room and foyer. These ladies were so special and they did a fantastic job each day they were here. They had a system that worked for them and us. I highly recommend their service. read more

I did a job search on Yelp and was reached out to by Lulu. Some other cleaning services were overly pushy, but I liked how Lulu was friendly and responsive. Her and her husband came out to offer a quote unlike other services who had not seen the home and provided a quote. I like how the services were customizable as well. If I could give this company, both owners and employees (the owners are a husband and wife team) TEN STARS, I would! I needed to get my relative's home ready after hospitalization, with a deep clean and tight schedule. Lu Lu and her husband were quick to come out and assess and quick to rearrange their schedule for me to help me in an emergency situation. I needed people who were trustworthy, licensed, bonded, excellent with DEEP CLEANING. This team and their employees helped me so much in an emergency situation. Not only did they do all of the above and ALL EXCELLENT, Lu Lu rearranged her scheduled for me (one week before Christmas) due to tight schedule when relative would return home. They were COMPASSIONATE as well, JUST GOOD PEOPLE YOU COULD TRUST, absolutely lovely to work with and to have in the home. In addition, Lu Lu texts, if that's convenient for you and helped me. Scam artist. I sent her detailed pictures of my place, and she gave me a quote. I didn't haggle, I agreed to the price she gave me. I booked a week in advance as I had a tight window to get the place cleaned, while airing it out before and after her visit for everyone's covid safety. When she showed up, and said she'd turn around and leave unless I paid her extra. I didn't have much choice, as an AirBNB host who had to have the place cleaned on a deadline, so I paid her the extra. Still, she left the place a mess, then was rude with me when I asked for a partial refund so I could have the place re-cleaned. Unprofessional in quality of work and communication style. read more

I have been using Lulu's cleaning service for a while. Being temporarily disabled, I needed to get my garage cleaned and get my Christmas stuff into the house. I called her to see if she knew anyone. Surprise, they do this type of work as well. They organized, clean and help you to do those things that you need. She came out two days later, brought out a couple of people to help, and within a couple of hours everything was tagged, organized, put into a nice order and for a very reasonable amount I gained full use of my garage and they cleaned it out incredibly well. She shared with me that they cleaned and organized kitchens, closets, etc. Everyone who works for them is wonderful. Thanks for all you do. read more

I've used Lulu's team off and on for close to 10 years. She is responsive, reliable, accommodating, and really understands the meaning of customer service. Her team comes every other week and I'm always provided with a reminder (plus arrival time, so I can put the dogs out). They have some crazy good cleaning tricks up their seeves (they can remove discolorations from the stove and porcelain that escapes my best efforts) and they leave the place sparkling. If you have specific requests, jobs, products you want them to use, or schedule modifications, she is happy to oblige. Her team is also available for deep cleaning in special or difficult cases. The price is right, they are trustworthy, respectful of your things, and leave little touches that will make you smile when you see them. If I could give ZERO stars I would. The owner's response is a fabricated lie. I have the check stub copy showing the full payment I made (see updated photo taken directly from my bank account after cleaning company deposited it) and my 30-day notice to my landlord showing we moved out properly with NO rent owed. We were great tenants for 7 1/2 years. The cleaning company had my phone number. Same one I've had for 20 years. You NEVER tried contacting me for anything. Also, your husband did the walkthrough, NOT YOU, and he confirmed the windows/tracks in ALL rooms would be done. You don't have a spot on your "checklist" for windows in each room...so he shouldn't CONFIRM stuff verbally if you're going to randomly change your mind when you actually do the work!!!The house was still dirty, left unlocked, and never inspected by ME before your team left!!! That's some shady a$$ business ethic!!! DON'T HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!! read more
