They did an inspection and gave me an estimate and we set up a bi-weekly schedule.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The initial price was set and the schedule set for what was to be done at each visit. Scam artist. I sent her detailed pictures of my place, and she gave me a quote. I didn't haggle, I agreed to the price she gave me. I booked a week in advance as I had a tight window to get the place cleaned, while airing it out before and after her visit for everyone's covid safety. When she showed up, and said she'd turn around and leave unless I paid her extra. I didn't have much choice, as an AirBNB host who had to have the place cleaned on a deadline, so I paid her the extra. Still, she left the place a mess, then was rude with me when I asked for a partial refund so I could have the place re-cleaned. Unprofessional in quality of work and communication style. read more
