I've seen him many years at his other clinic. More than 1 year ago. I changed my insurance co so l need to go to his main clinic. I saw his front desk girl named Jennifer was kinda rude and impatient on the phone talked to the patient when my first day walked into the office. So I was very careful talking to her. Last month, after seeing dr Wu, I forgot to ask him to apply an ab ultrasound, so l called the office and spoke with Jennifer on the next day. She said I need to make another appointment to see dr Wu in order to get the ultrasound. But it takes long time to see dr Wu so she said I can do phone appointment. I know they don't want to do it for free, so I made a phone appointment a week later. After the phone appointment. I explained my situation with dr Wu, he gave me an ab ultrasound so I went 2 weeks ago. When I went to the place, the nurse told me the ultrasound I have is only for the lower ab. she suggested to ask dr to write another latter for me to do upper and too. So I called the office and talked to Jennifer and told her what nurse said. Jennifer told me I need to make another appointment again! I was very frustrated and asked her please ask dr since I am one of his old patients. She said: I am not his old patient at this office! She was very cold and no mercy and not kind at all! I decided to switch my family dr to another has very good reputation next day. When I went last week, they had a full house patient in the lobby, but the front desk lady and all other employees were all very friendly and patient. I was really impressed and glad my decision to switch the dr. I feel sorry for dr Wu didn't train his front desk person to be friendly, nice and professional. I guess lot dr they are busy, they might know how to take care of their patients, but forgot their employees specifically the front desk need to take extra care to the patient too since they work as a whole team.

When I called to make my appointment, I found out that Dr. Yoo moved his practice to a new building in Diamond Bar as of March 2024. Dr. Yoo's new office is located in the newly renovated Diamond Bar Medical Plaza, which was previously a Chuck E. Cheese (if you all were in the area when that was around). Looks like they are still in construction, as a couple offices are still vacant with plastic on the glass windows. The staff I encountered all very friendly and nice. Dr. Yoo was professional and clearly explained the process and indicated what I needed to do to prep for my procedure. I came in on a Monday and the front staff was able to fit me into an appointment on Thursday due to a last minute cancellation. This kind of procedure is not fun, but the entire staff made me feel comfortable the entire time, and the nurse who attended to me was so nice, I felt like my mom was taking care of me. =) She made sure I had extra blankets because I was cold and came by a couple times to made sure my IV was ok. I got a call the day after to follow up and see how I was feeling and if I was experiencing any issues. I appreciate the check in even though I was feeling good! From the kidney doctor? What the hell u want? Explain it nicely, not so complicated ma'am "busy-in-the-world." I'm sure the doctor is a nice person, but NOT the ma'am NP! She's a fucking bullshit!!! Not a profesional at all. They tend to hanging up their phone OR just blocked u into a busy line, so when u called them, NOONE (like literally noone) will pickup the phone OR listen to your voicemails. Their phone is broken, just like their heart is broken. Probably, just come to their busy office, and see how "busy" they are blocking people's phones call to make a very QUIET room. Wow!! Applause to their profesionalism. That's how they got their profesional degree. Just blocking people's phone, and do prescription till their patient's kidney is broken.
