I walked in and requested gel manicure and the tech took out powder. I told her that I want gel, she didn't understand. Others came to assist and once I was able to get someone who understood me, I was told to wait because I had no appointment. Well, this was the 3rd time I had a situation here that left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm not going back. My last visit Nancy did a poor job on my gel manicure and pedicure. Terrible job. Went to lee nail 17500 kedzie. He was real friendly act like he was really going to get the job done. Got a mani and pedi for my daughter. Well after looking at the work, pictures posted below, TERRIBLE JOB !!! did NOT completely polish her nails on her hands or feet, call him to say you didn't completely polish her nails, he states she bumped her toe, okay why didn't you tell me, he states I thought you knew, huh, how if you didn't tell me, but bumping her toe has nothing to do with the side of her toes and finger nails not being completely polish, he than go on to states he can't talk right now really busy. With this type of unprofessional service, I don't see how. My daughter and I get mommy and daughter mani and pedi regularly this service was the WORST!!! will NEVER go back to this establishment because as he stated he knew he didn't completely polish her nails because she bumped her toe, sides of your nails has nothing to do with bumping a toe. Professionalism should be on all customer no matter the age, just because she's a kid doesn't mean you get to do a unprofessional job!!! TERRIBLE!! They have been around for many years. Staff is rude and barely acknowledges you. Also, not sure how clean the place is because i never see them do any sterile processes. I went here today for the first time and I was so impressed. As soon as you come in you're greeted and in my case taken care of. I came when it wasn't busy though. The woman who did my nails worked at station 5 and she was professional and took her time without being too slow. She really did a great job! I would definitely come again. I got a fill-in with no chip polish. I also got my eyebrows waxed and I was glad they turned out great bc my natural shape is a little weird but I'm happy with the results. read more

I have been patronizing this place for well over 20 years and have referred several people to them. No one other than Mr. Lee has done my nails for over 20 years. I go there today and was treated unfairly. I was the next customer to be served. I am sitting there for well over 20 minutes and things got busy. Several people came in at once and he took 2 ppl ahead of me . I approached him and the pedicure lady and told them this was unfair. They both acted like they didn't understand English after all these years. . You know that's BS. I told him I would be leaving because this is unfair. His response was, "do whatever you want to". At that time I felt like karate chopping him across his throat. Instead I just prayed my way out of there. Needless to say I've found another nail shop and will NEVER return to them again. @Lee Nails you have lost a 20+ year customer FOREVER! I have been going to Lee Lee Nails for over 18 years and I love the place! Judy use to do my nails, but when she left the shop and got married Mr. Lee started doing them. I haven't changed shops in all these years. However, I will ONLY let Mr. Lee do my nails. He does the BEST job ever! I have tried a couple of the other nail techs and I didn't like the job they did on my fill in or pedicure. I have no complaints against this Salon as long as Mr. Lee services me. Went to Lee Lee's New Year's Eve (afternoon)- was expecting them to close early and be CRAZY BUSY. Well, they did get busy when I was practically done; however, they stayed open late. Service was good-not the best I've ever had- but for the money it was solid. The salon is NOT well decorated; but the massage chairs seemed to work and the nail techs were nice and did good work.
