Specially on a Saturday afternoon. I am very disappointed because i looked them up and saw that this spot has a lot of great reviews, i was looking forward to it that is for sure. sadly the failure to accommodate sent me packing and i will probably never come back here. the nice thing was that the person who greeted me and told me that they had no availability, gave me a little gift bag and a 10% discount card for my next visit for the trouble of coming here and not being able to be seen, that gesture means the word because it shows that they do care for the customer and i am pretty sure that they would never be turning ppl away if they could do something else. ultimately for me though even with this amazing gesture i will not come back here, i am a busy gal and i love to be able to get to a place that can keep up with how busy life is now a days, in the digital era we can do much more stuff in much less time, and being able to multi task and figure out ways to move with the pace is important for all of us. as i said, i did appreciate their gesture and if you have the patience and the time, go take a look and check them out as i saw pretty amazing reviews. and whenever you go some time let me know how it went.

I was glad they did because you can definitely tell that these look a little nicer than a regular polish mani. I was impressed with the customer service and how sweet my manicurist was. I wanted a simple look with a nude color to compliment wedding dress shopping this week, and she didn't try to sell me up in any way like some of the nail salons I've been to. This location is also convenient because I can send the family walking around nearby stores while they wait, and my manicurist was so fast that it was hardly 15 minutes for a tasteful job! I was visiting a friend and asked her about hers. She said I have to get mine done, come with me. We arrived at Rio nails rather late with her 2 daughters in tow plus the baby. I asked for artificial nails and she sat me down and proceeded to work. There was a rather large gap between what she added and my cuticle. She claimed she could not go closer. I have had my nails done since the 80's. I have never had an issue like this. The woman had a huge attitude also. As I suspected, she deliberately shorted the nails so I would return sooner. In the many years I have had my nails done, I have had them last 6 weeks, usually 8 before a redo. My nails just do not grow. Here it is 3 weeks, and these are lifting.
