They always do a gorgeous job, none of my nails pop off or pull up. They last weeks. Finally encouraged my hubby to go. I have gone occasionally... although I send my husband more often... * bottled water, wine, and frozen wine margaritas are available * open on Sundays, go early or you may have a long wait I have to say this to everyone out there: if you wear flip flops, sandals, or any type of open toed shoes... you better have some pretty feet! *Edit* I had my nails done YESTERDAY, and now that I'm looking at my nails almost all of them show my natural nail on the side from the woman not finding the right size tip for the acrylics. For the work the woman did, the price was way too much. For my short nail (which I wanted) but with the shaping being off and the gel polish still being on my skin, it wasn't worth the $45 I had to pay. Some nails are longer than others, and some nails are filed at too much of an angle; my natural nail on my thumb is exposed because the acrylic tip wasn't fit right and she filed the corner way too much. Even when I brought it up she kept saying she wasn't done with it, but she never fixed it. The people are very friendly, the pricing is about average, but for the work she did for the price I don't think I would go back which is a shame because it's so close. read more

Second I ended jell taken off and I guess because they didn't put it on they want to charge to take it off. While they are taking it off this lady ends up hurting me. She says sorry but still..then third the entire time she is doing my feet she keeps saying my nails are too big. I have pretty feet. Never had any issues. The "manager" On Duty or the small woman that kept yelling at me insisted that they did not have pink dip powder for the full set ombré that I had gotten just 6 days ago. When I told her that I had it done right here in this very chair.. she said "oh oh well" during the conversation between workers they complained loudly that it was only a repair and not a fill. Then to add to the embarrassing encounter they laughed at me while I looked for my debit card. I have rated this place before. I think the service I got the first time is not there with everyone. I didn't want polish. I just wanted my nails shaped and a manicure and a pedicure and they cut my nails completely off. I could've done that at home and save myself the full price they made me pay even though I had a reduced service. I wanted the cuticle cleaned up and I didn't get that either. I didn't get the same person I had last time. I got a woman this time and she seem to be more of a hurry to get me done then she did about doing the job the way I wanted it. I came in here and got assaulted by the owners. Have came here a few times before in the past. I came in here one day wanting a French manicure. The owner was doing my nails and I realized his desk was very dirty have not been cleaned at all. Before I even got my nails done the owner literally slammed my arm on the table and kind of basically slapped me on my arm even the other owner turned around and got up and told me it's OK and try to explain me the nails or whatever they were just miscommunication I'm very young so I was kind of scared and I just went along with it. So he did my nails very poorly and carelessly I used to come here when I was younger and he would actually do a very good job on me. so I know the difference between good and bad quality. as I was looking after he was done with my nails I realized it was so bad and I try to make him fix it up a little bit even though I was kind of mad about how carelessly he did everything I was still going to pay for it and not say anything. then he got so frustrated and just said I'm gonna take off all the nails I knew then when he said that that he didn't even do a decent job on my nails that's why he's willing to take them all off. When he took all my nails off I was pretty mad because I wanted them for work and I was working an event I was just going to go along with it but whatever he was being so rude and disrespectful he proceeded to take them off. I try to walk out the door and leave and the lady got up and literally grabbed my arm and everything yanked me back in inside lock the doors and told me that I needed to stay and stuff and I just didn't understand like they wanted to takeoff all my nails when they clearly cut them off I didn't want them to touch me anymore after she grabbed me so I called the cops and another lady took off my nails literally made my fingers bleed ripped apart my nails and I literally left with jacked up nails the lady told me The reason she didn't want me to leave was because I can't go around telling people that nobody nails left me looking the way they did when they literally chopped off my nails I thought it was OK to leave but they clearly only cared about me showing people what they did to me so this is what happened and this is an honest review I would stay away from this place anywhere else is better than this (vans nails)(hectors nails) is good. To be treated like this it's just absolutely unacceptable I tried to tell my little sister to record everything because she was with me I can't find the video out anymore but the girl was even laughing in my face when the cops came and she thought the whole thing was funny when my finger was bleeding nonstop She claimed that I was basically stealing nails since they weren't fully sunken taking off me I guess but once you basically chop off my nails after you know you did a horrible job I think I should be able to walk out the door I do my nails myself and I takeoff my nails all the time so I'd be able to do it. read more

New place is nice and relaxing and they seem to have a steady flow of regular customers which is a good sign. My only complaint is for some odd reason they are making people sit with a towel hanging out from under our legs?? It's not comfy to have the edge of a towel under your legs. BIG mistake. only took her twenty minutes which should have been my first clue. **Disclaimer*** I gave them one star because there was no option for zero. This was the worst experience I have ever had. A military couple in uniform was in the shop. The wife was getting her nails done and the husband made a comment about them being crooked. The owner, who was the one doing her nails, went off on him and asked him to leave the shop. The Soldier was in no way rude or loud. The wife then told the nail tech to please fix them or to take them off. He told her he didn't have the time nor was it his job to take them off and that she could leave. I, also a Soldier in uniform, got up and approached the nail tech to try to defuse the situation. Took my mom for a pedi and we both received excellent treatment free margaritas and the service was a good length of time. We were in no rush and stayed 2 hrs or so while we soaked our feet and enjoyed the drinks toes came out perfect with a white base polish our hot pink and yellow popped. I will come again. read more
