Hugh and Helen are absolutely WONDERFUL and do everything they can to be accommodating and friendly. Sometimes they get busy so setting an appointment is ideal (which is typical for a good salon)! They are attentive and consistently perform quality work, my entire family comes here and we continue to come back. I have tried nail salons all across the city and this salon never disappoints! They have tons of colors in both powder and shellac. Helen is also an amazing nail artist-- she can do literally anything!!! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a clean, well-done nail service.

I use to come here all the time before the new owners took over. Sophie said to give them a try so I did.. Benji did a wonderful job on my pedicure, his wife Sophie was very nice at first but when I explain that what i wanted she just kept telling me no it wouldn't look like the picture. I asked for a clear coat also said no because of the picture, I left with so much product on my nails it hurt, she didn't even bother to clean up all the product from underneath my nails nor my daughters nails. My nails felt like sandpaper and where so sharp. I had to go the next day to a different salon and have them removed & redone

The owner is unprofessional and did not take ownership of her nail tech's skills. The pedicure was terrible! Coke water and no polish skills. He did not clean off the polish on the skin, toes were missing polish on the sides and he even did not let it dry all the way. The lady came to put a design on my big toe and placed it under the UV light. I didn't realize the white coat did not dry until it moved at home. I came back the next day for them to fix or get my money back and They were not willing to fix the color and redo the design! After going back and forth with the woman she only offered me $10 and refusal of services. No problem! I'll leave this comment and hope others learn how unskilled the pedicure tech is. read more

INSIDE THE WALMART BY GOLIAD!! They suck!!!!!!!! All I asked for was to get my nails painted. The man who did my nails painted them like my fuckin 6 year old daughter would have! I asked can you even paint nails because his arm was in a sling of some kind. He said yes. My nails look a damm mess. There all crooked and paint all on my fingers. Wtf isn't this their specialty. Hugh and Helen have been doing my nails since 2016. I have followed them to every salon and now to Nail Port which Hugh owns. I never have to tell either of them what shape or size or length I want because they always remember. I am sad to have to find a new tech in a new city but no one will come close to these two. Bring a picture and show them, they won't forget you or what style you want. Amazing massages and alot of laughs make this the best place to get your nails done in the city. read more

i went to go do my nails at nail port express.. on 3302 se military paid 30.00 to have them done....i am so pissed off...one nail came off the other 2 broke...they barely use that acrylic on ur nails thats why they broke on me....i just had to have them removed....the best nail salon is. at walmart on jonesmalsbuger. it is called davis nail salon they give u ur moneys worth. they r the excellent. read more

He gave me a deep tissue massage which I needed for my muscles to relax. It was great and my body felt like butter afterwards. He was very kind and attentive to my needs. After that I had a facial which made my skin look 20 years younger and healthy. After that we got to lounge drinking mimosas, tea, water or coffee and then got whisked away to relax in the salt cave. Both my friend and I felt lighter and relieved of any stress we had. Then we got a meal that we chose off the menu. It was a half day of pampering and didn't want to leave. I didn't take any pics as I locked our phones away so we could truely relax. Tip: arrive early at least 30 mins to fill out paperwork and change and get a little relax time.

I decided to book a massage at the Windflower Spa as a birthday gift from my boyfriend. I had just…read morehad my second baby three months prior and was really looking forward to my first outing without my kids needing anything from me. With busy schedules, I found a day that worked for everyone and booked my appointment. I arrived about an hour early so I could enjoy the hot tub before my massage. I was also planning to take advantage of the spa amenities afterward and grab lunch at one of the restaurants. About 10 minutes before my appointment, I put on my robe and headed to the waiting area. As my appointment time came and went, I watched every other guest get called back for their massages while I continued to wait. After another 10 minutes had passed, I finally went to the front desk to ask what was going on. The manager came out and informed me that there had been a miscommunication and my massage therapist was unable to make it to work that day. Unfortunately, there were no other therapists available and no alternative appointment times. I was simply told they were sorry and that I would need to reschedule. At that point, I broke down in tears. This wasn't just a massage, it was my birthday gift and my first opportunity to step away from the chaos and demands of postpartum life. Having that experience taken away without any notice was incredibly disappointing. To their credit, they did offer me a complimentary massage whenever I am able to rebook, which I appreciated and accepted. However, this was a very disappointing first impression. A simple phone call before I arrived could have saved me the time, effort, childcare arrangements, and emotional letdown.

I love it here. Everyone is very nice and whatever you ask for they'll do for you. Prices are reasonable, wife variety of colors and options. I usually come here for my fills and color changes because they are fast and very good so I think it's worth it and not too out of the way. They are also very good with eyebrow waxing. I always get Ashley and she's really good but her quality kind of differs from one visit to the next. One time she does amazing work and the next it's just average. This is my first time coming here for my pedicure and fill and I'd say it a must try Hugh is awesome he gives a thorough pedi my feet feels awesome right now!!!
