I asked for a shellac removal so i can have a fresh set of shellac before my vacation and the lady who did my removal of the shellac broke my nail, glued it back together and here we are now, 2 weeks later, my nail fell off. I don't recommend MIMI at this nail salon, 1 star because she didn't tell me my nail broke and still charged me the full price for the shellac service which was $25. Then 30 minutes later, your feet are wrinkling up and the water is cold and no one has come around. Not this place! They won't take you until they have a nail tech ready to take you. I have visited this location 3 times and every time I have been disappointed. I asked for a simple pedicure. The woman tried to upsell me because "my feet were rough, and I needed it" I didn't want it but I agreed. $40 extra dollars and my feet were exactly the same. Sooo why convince me to upcharge and there is no difference except the money they get. Showed a picture of the nail set that I wanted and it came out nothing like the picture. I just wanted a cut and paint on my toe nails because I have super sensitive skin and the products they use during the spa pedis always irritate me. Well, the lady at the front helping us with the booking was saying I had to pay for the $40 pedi and just skip all the stuff that comes with it to get what I want. She was being super rude and even if I were willing to pay for the service, her attitude turned me off. My friends got their pedis and enjoyed them. While waiting for them, the nail techs were super nice and offered me a drink. I did notice some unsanitary things while I was there which also made me glad I didn't get one. My friends got drinks which was a nice complimentary to their service. I went to pay for one of my friends since it's her birthday and the same lady checking me out was just so rude. Not even worth it anymore. I've been getting my nails done for over 15 years, tried a plethora of salons from absolutely horrendous to great, and spent thousands of dollars for good quality work. This salon was new to me after moving to the area and let me tell you, it's nothing but a front. You walk in and it's big and gorgeous looking, they offer thousands of colors and even have a bar. Probably over 30 techs in there at the same time and yet I still can't give this place 5stars. Besides some of the techs just having a shit attitude for whatever reason I really don't know wtf happened between the summer & end of last year but they also changed their prices. And it's not that fact that irritates me so much, it's the fact that they tried to slyly get one over on me. It's the principle. If you charge a specific amount for French tip, or gel, or whatever TF SHELLAC is, it's on the tech to specify that to the customer. Not oh this is an extra charge at the end of the service. Idk about you but I am actually so extremely tired of nail salons (esp the big ones) turning around and getting effing greedy after months if not years of you being a customer. I checked in on my phone before arriving but when they told me it's time to arrive the wait was really long. I went with my husband and he got a mani/pedicure & I got Dip with tips & toes polished. No one started on my nails until 30 minutes of waiting in the chair as someone did my husband's pedi. One guy was about to start on me but then after he said the color I wanted was out & picked another he left to start on someone else instead which is unfair if I came first and been waiting. My husband's pedicure was almost finished by the time someone started on me. A new guy, Ben, started on my nails. Ben did an amazing job on my nails but he had to leave early so someone else had to did my toes which I had to wait even longer. An older lady did my toes and I was disappointed when I got home. I've been to Asiana maybe 5-7 times over the past year and came here for the first time a few years ago. They always do a good job (my nails always look good) but they take a long time even if you have an appointment. This has been my experience every time I come here. Today for example the appointment was for 1:30 and I didn't walk out until 4:30 (regular polish pedicure * extra 10 min massage + dip on nails). It's definitely not a relaxing experience, and the prices aren't worth all the extra time spent waiting. read more

Pretty great service, nice establishment, and even if you don't have an appointment, you can sign in online to join the waitlist and they'll text you when they're ready for you (though I highly recommend making an appointment for the weekends). Photos are of my latest nails done here - the almond-shaped spring French tips with the daisy design and an ombré French set that was PERFECTION (I really wish I could remember the nail tech's name so I can just always request her!). I have never been there, but my friend suggested it so I wanted to check them out when I walked in. There was a whole little room dedicated to nothing but colors and I was overwhelmed with colors so their color selection is amazing! starting off with a pedicure, the girl that did my pedicure was really really nice and did a fantastic job With it and the chairs were very high-tech and they also had foot stools that rise up so that way when they do the pummis stone you're not holding your foot in the air. However, when my manicure was getting done, that's when all the problems started. I needed tips so I had nothing on my nails in the beginning. My understanding was when you ask for a certain shape of nails that they shape them before they even put the acrylic on, but that wasn't the case. She put the acrylic on before shaping my nails and then when she had to shape the nail, it hurts so bad because she had to really go at it since the acrylic was already set and she cut me on my thumb and she also cut me on my pinky cuticle and her solution was to put superglue over it so it would stop bleeding. Some of my fingers were killing me with how hard she was filing the nails, but if she just shaped them before, then it wouldn't be so hard to shape them after. Sadly, I won't be coming back because of how many times I got nicked on the fingers. She also seem to be more occupied with her phone than doing my nails and I probably would've gotten out of there sooner if she would just focus, but she kept on stopping to check her phone every 5 to 10 minutes. read more

I love love love this salon. I'll get a drink asap. The drinks are the bomb, and the staff is excellent! If anyone's rude to you, pop right back, sis. Some people weren't raised right, but most of the time, that is not happening at this salon. I have been coming to Evelyn for almost a year now. She is gifted and talented, for sure. She never tells me no and creates EXACTLY what I want. I'm always getting complimented on my nails, and I make sure to share her name. Aside from nails, Evelyn is one of the sweetest individuals I've ever met. She's like family now, and so are a few other members from the salon. Where ever she goes, I will follow. Toes- I work too much, and Amarilys is my girl. I have a full-time job, I'm a student, I own a side business, I have three dogs, and I still have my life to cater to. I'm on my feet 24/7, so I need someone to CLEAN my feet, and she does it 100% every month. She gets mad at me bc I SHOULD be getting my toes done every two weeks with the amount of time I spend on my feet, but I barely get enough time in a month to make it for one visit. She gets it, though. She speaks fluent Spanish and is a Latina with a beautiful Colombian accent. Love, love, love her. The pricing I don't notice much. I own a business, and I've seen pricing increase on almost everything I purchase. The world is constantly changing, and getting your nails done is a luxury, in my opinion. If you don't have the funds for it, CVS sells GREAT stick-ons and gel kits that you can do yourself in 30 mins. I say that bc I did my nails for six months, and that was just way too much $$, time, and patience I didn't have. I will gladly pay whatever to get the extra luxury I desire. read more

I was so lucky to come across Tan and Kaylee - who are both so sweet, accommodating, and perfectionists when it comes to my manicures and pedicures! Tan is wonderful and takes his time to ensure every nail is shaped and designed to perfection. Kaylee does the same with my pedicures and does a great job every time I've had a pedicure with her. It can be very difficult to find nail techs who can work with what you need, so if you are able to get an appointment with these two, I highly recommend it because you will not be disappointed. read more

My mom, daughter, and I came here to get pedicures. Their check-in system is extremely weird and unlike any I've ever dealt with before. You literally get given a card and have to fill it out appropriately. If you're a first-timer, try your best in filling it out, but if you have questions be sure to ask the receptionist in the front. My mom filled out hers incorrectly and didn't get what she asked for, which caused her to miss services that she had anticipated getting. After we turned in our cards with the receptionist, we sat at the bar waiting for about 10 minutes while the bartender was opening cups and not tending to any other customer in the lounge. I tried to get her attention and she was purposely avoiding us at the bar. When we finally got sat to our seats, we were trying to explain that we still needed drinks and this made it extremely awkward with the bartender who at this point seemed fed up of us, her job, and the world. We did get our complimentary drinks after starting our pedicures and they were decent but nothing special at all. Our pedicure (which is the main reason we are here) was pretty good! The chairs are comfy and we all had a good experience with our nail artists which I appreciated. Overall it was a relaxing experience once I had my drink in hand and could sit back and enjoy relaxation time with my mom and my daughter. I don't expect to be running back to this place any time soon, however, it is a good place to come if you're looking for a nail salon in this area!
