This place is horridly disgusting!! Me and my sister went in got my nails done she got her eyelashes done. Customer service was horrible and sarcastic. Within a day my sister got a infection in her eye and lost all of her eyelashes with in the process of cleaning it out. Don't waste your money here they're not sanitary or professional. They don't not care for their customers just simply need your money. Would give no stars but

They did a goos job , i was very satisfied with rjere job.

He did such a great job as my nails were starting to be in pretty rough shape after just moving. I'm so thankful I came to this shop I will definitely be back and I believe I have found my new shop. The atmosphere was calm and pricing was good. Thanks again Dustin! I didn't take a picture of my feet however he did a great job on those as well.

The pedicure I selected included a soothing aloe vera leg wrap and massage. I was super impressed when they brought out freshly cut aloe vera and scraped the aloe directly from the plant leaf onto my leg. For some reason, I was expecting some type of aloe vera lotion, essence, or jelly and not the real stuff. The pedicurest was really sweet and did an excellent job on my nails and in taking care of my feet. Even though we were hitting up to their closing time, she didn't rush anything and still provided a lengthy first class service. Everyone in the salon was incredibly attentive the whole time. It was a wonderfully relaxing experience. Would go again!

I was excited to try a new look at Posh Nails in Corpus Christi, but unfortunately my experience…read morewith the nail tech Lynn made me extremely uncomfortable. Communication felt tense from the start, and almost every request or question I had was met with attitude or frustration. When I showed inspiration photos, I understood the nails wouldn't look exactly the same, but the constant defensiveness made the appointment unpleasant. The situation that really upset me was when I went to wash my hands and was abruptly called out across the salon about whether I used soap, followed by eye rolling and attitude. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful. The nails themselves were decent, but the experience completely ruined it for me. I ended up removing them because they reminded me of how uncomfortable I felt during the appointment. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I wanted others to be aware of my experience with Lynn.

I have been to Posh Nails three times now, and unfortunately each experience has been extremely…read moredisorganized and frustrating. After relocating to Corpus, I needed to find a new nail salon and scheduled a consultation with Posh before booking. I explained exactly how my previous nail tech did my nails, provided photos, and explained that I needed both nails and a pedicure every three weeks. I also asked about maintaining a standing appointment every three weeks, and the gentleman I spoke with assured me that would not be a problem. When I arrived for my first appointment, the salon seemed unorganized from the start. They had my appointment listed, but apparently no one was prepared to take care of me. The language barrier also made communication very difficult. When they finally sat me with a tech, she became visibly upset, yelled something to the receptionist in another language, and then told me, "You need other tech?" My request was very simple: solar nails with a natural curve and coffin shape. They then assigned me to a man named Allen. He was clearly more experienced and ultimately did a good job on my nails, although he required me to completely remove my previous solar fill and start over. However, throughout the appointment he was constantly on and off his phone, talking to other people and watching sports. Communication was minimal, and afterward he repeatedly praised his own work and encouraged me to schedule directly with him using the phone number posted at his station. Since Allen does not do pedicures, I was moved to another tech, Don. At the time, the salon was also having water issues, so they were filling pedicure tubs using buckets of water. Don was kind, but he filed my heels far too aggressively despite me asking him to be gentler. By the time the pedicure was finished -- nearly two hours later -- my left heel was sore, and once I stood up and walked, it split open and began bleeding. Despite everything, I paid the $170 bill and left. I tried to give the salon the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was simply a bad day. Before my second appointment, I personally confirmed my appointment with both Allen and the front desk. Yet when I arrived three weeks later, once again no one seemed to know anything about my appointment and they had to reshuffle clients last minute. I finally addressed it with the receptionist, who appeared visibly irritated while speaking to the staff in another language. During this appointment, Allen was again distracted by his phone and sports while also telling me about personal issues involving a cryptocurrency scam and problems with the police/FBI after allegedly losing $10,000. I remained patient, but the distractions delayed my nail service by over an hour. Afterward, an older woman completed my pedicure. She was pleasant, but again the service took over two hours. Altogether, my appointments were regularly lasting over three hours. Despite the excessive time and ongoing issues, I again paid approximately $170 and left. At that point, I felt there had at least been some improvement and I really did not want to start searching for another salon again, so I scheduled my third appointment for May 24th. Unfortunately, that appointment was the final straw. I had texted Allen weeks prior to confirm my appointment and also received a confirmation from the salon the night before. When I arrived, Allen was not there. The staff sat me at his station and told me he was "on his way." He eventually arrived nearly 10 minutes late and immediately explained that he was not supposed to work that day because his wife was sick and wanted to go to the hospital. I told him he should have informed me beforehand, especially since both he and the salon had confirmed the appointment. Throughout the appointment, he continued speaking to others in another language, answering calls from his wife, and watching sports while rushing through my nails. The final result was disappointing -- my nails were left sharp and cut much shorter than requested with the top of my thumb extending past my nail. What frustrated me most was when he told me that because he has "so many clients," he needs me to personally text him the day before every appointment to remind him. I responded, "So you want me to remind you about your own appointments?" and he said yes. At that point, I was completely done with this salon. I chose not to stay for the pedicure and simply paid for the nail fill, which still cost over $60. Frankly, he was lucky I left any tip at all. Even during checkout, the front desk showed little awareness or concern. You would think a salon managing standing appointments would notice when a customer suddenly skips half of a scheduled service and at least ask why. Instead, they simply took my payment and barely mumbled a thank you. After researching further, I also discovered that many of the positive reviews appear tied to the salon's previous ownership.
