They arrived the next day on schedule (this was not an emergency, so next day was perfectly acceptable). I showed them the problem, they went to work, and had the job wrapped up in no time. I do feel like they could have been in less of a rush. Once they finished, they didn't test the work very thoroughly and this made me a little nervous about what might happen when they left. I checked up on it later, and the major problem had been fixed. One of the secondary issues was still a minor problem. I think they would have seen this had they just taken the time to check their work thoroughly. I fixed it myself with some plumbing tape. Overall, a 4/5 and I would recommend them. The prices are fair (well.. as fair as they can be, because let's be honest, plumbing is stupid expensive to begin with).

I could have called M.P. 1st, but I didnt.,mr.plumber had installed the rig 6yrs ago, & its 2mos over warrenty. PP&D told me I needed a whole new heater!, so I called mr.P , the tech, Kyle McQuire, came on time,, pushed a different safety button called a "high limit switch", and wallah, she fired right up. I am extatic 2 finally get an honest professional, his name is kyle McQuire.!..while the other co.'s tech stood in my kitchen & lied 2 my face that,yes the valve is broke, it would take 2 wks 2 get the valve, & cost $1,400 same as new heater..kyle came& pushed a button.
