Unfortunately, today's experience was completely different and extremely upsetting. I told the girl doing my treatment that I have a small mouth, but she still tried to force the large piece in until it was too painful and couldn't fit. Only then did she switch to a smaller one. She also applied too much gel on my gums, and when removing it afterward, she continued even though I told her it was really painful. My gums started bleeding badly, yet she didn't stop and kept using the tool and pressing on my gums with her nails. It was very uncomfortable -- I honestly wanted to cry. When I got home, my gums were swollen, red, and still bleeding. I called to report the issue, but I was only told to apply a relief gel at home. I paid $550 for this service, and it was absolutely not worth it. I've done Zoom whitening before and understand some tooth sensitivity is normal, but I've never experienced this kind of gum pain and bleeding. I'm truly disappointed and, sadly, won't be returning.

The office is really big and clean. There were a lot of people ahead of me but we all got taken back rather quickly. No long wait at all. My hygienist was Kay and I absolutely loved her! He did not finish the work, discharged him, the office said they can drop a patient at any time for any reason. The office manager stated there are two sides to every story but did note there were no notes in the system as to why he dropped him and did not complete the work. I was in the room and there was nothing done on my child's end except raising his arm when he was in pain. Pitiful excuse for a dental office. I would not recommend anyone go here!
