[[HIGHLIGHT]]Very nice service, sat me and my girlfriend as soon as we signed in.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was sat at chair 8, and the nail tech was very communicative, and hygienic, and stayed incredibly focused, and even allowed my girlfriend to sit next to me in an empty chair while she did my nails, once my girlfriend was done with their nails. The only slight problem was the shaping of my nails-since I wanted incredibly pointy stilettos, and they were still a bit round and wide-will provide before and after photo (second experience with a rounder shape than I wanted when asking for stilettos and will provide pictures of that-blue nails) but that was an easy fix at home and wasn't a big deal, so it was an overall good experience and I would highly recommend Lee's, especially if you want an almond nail shape! read more

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Lee is the best he's nice , & very talkative when he senses that you / I had anxiety. Talked me through & everything.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] A girl did my blood droplets but he did the base. The normal frenchies was from a guy I don't know anyone names but Lees lol. The orange ones with the black & the frenchies with the design was lees work & he's the best!! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Always asks if you like them & if not he will make them shorter , longer or redo the design!![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The pedicure portion I only even gotten my toes painted... never tried the spa cause as I stated I have severe mental health issues that cause me to be to scared. I went in for a refill on my nails. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I told the girl that I wanted the same thing that I already had. She acted like she understood.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] She then proceeded to put on the topcoat without putting on the polish. I had to remind her of what I wanted. She had an attitude about it and charged me $50. A refill has never cost me that much at any other salon. This place has lost my business. read more

Yesterday my daughter and I got mani & pedi here for the first time! A complete waste a money !!! She is 7 therefore she got regular polish being that she is too young for gel. Within one day the polish is coming off completely. Not chipping but peeling off! I find it crazy because she gets regular polish all the time and this never happens. So [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called the owner and Explained what happened. His response was that that is normal.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I emphasize that it was not even a full 24 hours since we gotten she has gotten her nails done!! Don't bother making an appointment because if your just minutes late they will put someone else in your place. I love the liners in the Pedi spa but the fact that they have no mercy when it comes to minutes late simply means that they care about money and not customer service. You are treated like just another dollar that floated down the drain when your late. read more

They are so unprofessional the owner only greets the white customers and I had a appointment for 3pm (I got there 5 minutes early) and they had me waiting for 2 and a half hours after my appointment . I would've understood if it was packed but they wasn't... people was coming in after me and got attended to before me. Went in for a gel manicure before a wedding, I don't feel like my nails were shaped evenly and a decent amount of polish left on my fingers. Also some edges of my nails that didn't have polish on them. The way they were filed and painted also left some sharp points on my nails that I had to file down at home. The service started off great, my friend and I were hyping them up for how fast and nice their work was. My son, a year and a half mind you, started to get a little fussy half way thru and both my tech and my friends tech wanted to act like it was such an inconvenience he was making any noise. Any time I would help situate my son they would scoff, roll their eyes and pull themselves away from us and just stare like we were inconveniencing them. Mind you there were other mothers in the salon with us. The attitude was outrageous, ripping my friend's coat from the seat behind her to the one she would sit in next, just the way they spoke and acted was very unprofessional. Once we gave the attitude back, not even as much as they were handing it out, they rushed and stopped giving their best work. On top of charging us the same price for completely different style/ length nails. 10/10 do not recommend unless you wanna feel like shit when you leave. read more

Went in yesterday for a mani & pedi for my birthdayy.. I got a lavender spa pedicure (45$) and a gel mani (30$) & one rhinestone on four fingers (so four rhinestones).. 45$+30$+ 4$ (for each rhinestone) = 79$ but I was charged 90$ .. I also pointed it out but was told I was incorrect.. only an 11$ difference so no biggie, but deff will be checking out a few other nail shops in the area. read more

This is what she ended up getting she was obviously unhappy but too afraid to say anything in person when she left she called to complain and had a very negative and rude experience.
