I told the owner and another employee to communicate to him that I didn't want my nail filed with the drill and he proceeded to do it. That I wanted my nails soaked while I was getting a pedicure because I didn't want my nails filed and they told him but he did whatever he wanted. Results were I paid $75 for a very bad manicure and pedicure with nails and toe nails so brittle they are breaking with my everyday chores around the house. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! Never, and I mean NEVER come here. The short version of what happens to me today was, i paid for me and my friends pedicure. The lady who did hers messed her nails up and I very politely "could you please go over these spots that are messed up" and had my friends foot on my leg POINTING IT OUT to her. After she went over about 3-4 of the nails SHE messed up.. she proceeded to put her hand on the back of my neck, push my head down to my friends feet, and say to me" do you need to look any closer?" I told her that was HIGHLY unprofessional and ridiculous to do to a customer. Told people at the front desk to review the video camera because she said she didn't do it, and they refused. Had to pay full price. I've never in my life been treated that way at a nail salon and on top of all of this she rushed my friends pedicure, we were litterally done within 15-20 minutes. I have been coming here for YEARS. Today I went for a fill with gel and a pedicure. Nails done, wasn't quite happy but didn't say anythin. Lee asked if I wanted a pedicure, I said yes. He, himself put me in the chair, ran the water and he disappeared to do another customer. I sat there until the water was cold! More customers came in when he finally started as they sat next to me. He rushed through the pedicure, didn't even file my nails even or trim the ingrown corners. At that point I was ready to get out of there, almost 2 hours! He painted my toes with so much polish it pooled at my nail bed. He attempted to fix it at the door when he noticed me looking at them. I paid and didn't say a word. When I got outside I noticed he put beige on my toes when my nails were a natural pink! I came home and took the polish off it look so bad, trimmed my own toes and have never been more disappointed as a long term customer. I won't be returning again. He needs to hire more help and raise the quality of work. read more

I went In for a gel manicure and regular pedicure this past Thursday . there was one person getting their nails done and I wasnt greeted at all. Finally when I was Seen the male technician was incredibly rude. They have COVID printouts taped to their plexiglas screen so you can't see the work being done. After he buffers and files my nails I notice The shape is uneven and slanted and asked if he could file it down to make it more even, and he hushed me! He painted my nails then I went To the female tech for my toes. She was incredible and super sweet, however while I was Sitting I noticed The coat from my mani is smearing bc he didn't dry it off with alcohol. She fixed it and I left. fast forward 24 hours later, and the paint from my middle finger starts to lift. This is a gel manicure and it should not do this. I had To drive back and to my despair it was the same male tech. I told Him and showed him what happened and he got nasty with me and said "you need to be more careful." He fixed HIS mistake and I decided Not to even ask him to fill in the pinky that is missing some paint. my suggestion is to literally go ANYWHERE else. It's sad to see so many negative reviews of this nail salon. I have come here more than once and never have had any issues. Lee usually does my nails when I walk in and he does a fantastic job of juggling my service, the phone, and people walking in. I take my mom here every year for Mother's Day to get a pedicure and a manicure (although this year she just did her feet). The techs are friendly and make conversation. They take good care of my mom and make sure things are comfortable like the temperature of the water and the hot towel wraps they use for the pedicures. I see them change the liners in the tubs every time and sterilize the tools that they use. I have even taken my daughter here for a girls day since they have children's seats. I got a full set of dip nails yesterday and I love them! They were exactly what I wanted. As far as the tipping on a credit card, they ask that cash be provided due to the high fees of the credit machine, but if you ask before they swipe your card they can add it. I'll try to bring cash next time but I usually forget because I never carry cash. Only thing I could suggest for a better experience is to have more color options for the dip powder. They have a ton of gel colors, but could expand their dips. read more

He does subpar work, doesn't listen, is not easy to work with, and in general is not concerned about his crappy work. He's rude and dismissive. I've been in twice now for repairs, as his work was pitiful. I had to get 2 nails fixed since they broke within 4 days of a fresh new set. His redo today was awful. He did ombré that was spotty and not what I asked for. He wanted to charge me after a horrible job he should have offered to remedy for no charge. I'll never come back here again. Really friendly staff as far as I can tell. I went to get my eyebrows done here though and the lady was really nice but did a horrible job. She also told me it was $5, kept $7 of my $20, again really nice lady but I'll have to spent 30 minutes fixing my brows when I get home. I have been going to this salon for many years and have brought several people also. I haven't received bad service, however, my husband entered one day and sat down for at least 5 minutes and was never even acknowledged but the people who entered after him was. He ended up leaving and going to a salon in Deltona instead. So needless to say he won't return to this salon. The owner and other employees aren't the most sociable and can be hard to understand at times but they provide an acceptable service and I will return for eyebrow waxing, manicures and pedicures. It is true the tip can not be paid on a card. And dont expect to show up at a peak time on Friday evening or Saturday midday and not expect a wait. It happens! read more

First time. Last time. The elderly man was so rude when I arrived and asked if there were staff available for a pedicure. He picked up his phone to call someone. He obviously spoke English but did not want to communicate anything but "Yes". Given no one was on site, I asked a second time. He actually raised his voice and starting being abusive. Whoa. I only waited for 7-8 minutes for someone to arrive and start with me. The actual pedicure was good except for the overly thick nail polish that pooled at the cuticles (obviously an old bottle of polish). Oh well. Service is mediocre at best. The tubs for pedicures are pretty gross and I've seen them not change the liners between clients. Lee does the best nails is town. He's both super fast and does beautiful shapes, as I always get the almond shape and wear my nails long. They hold up very well when I get them done here which is a huge plus. They have pedi specials on Mon-Thurs for only $20. Also they have single use liners for pedi tubs now. read more

It's taken me 2 hours just to get my pedicure during which a worker smacked a mosquito on my leg. Then as I start on my manicure after letting both associates know I wanted coffin style nails with gel, they misunderstood and kept trying to just paint my own nails. This is by far the worst nail salon I have ever visited. It was my first and last time and their customer service is terrible! Their sanitation is as bad as the service! They need to adopt or go back to the old way of paraffin wax. Dipping my feet in a tub of hot wax and walking over to my friend to dip her feet in the same wax has got to violate some kind of health code. My nail tech was rude and had no idea what she was doing! I asked if she was able to remove hang nails. She said yes and proceeded . After she aggravated my hangnail she tells me it's the way my nail grows. Dear, I have never had a problem any other time. She barely gave a massage and it made matters worse for me. The best part of it was finally leaving! I wish I would have seen their reviews before I went. I could have saved my $40 and risk of athletes foot from that community paraffin wax tub. I was getting gels on my nails for a few weeks but noticed my nails were a mess so I decided to get acrylics for a special business trip, the girl spike no English and keep say it's ok it's ok when she was making my nails so think with acrylics, they were burning and a my she said it's ok, they looked horrible so thick and huge but I was leaving for the airport and could wait or complain, I was away for a week and everyday my finger tips ached and were sore, when I returned I went right back saw the owner , I explained the girl at that station messed my nails up and they hurt, he said I fired her for complaints I'll redo your nails, the process hurt so bad , I nearly died when I saw my nail beds had lifted from the heavy acrylics she put on!! The owner said I had fungus and had it a long time it was half way up my nails, they were just peeling he sold me some fungus stuff $15.00 and said he knows I had this long time I said no my nails were fine till she did this!!! I was so upset and couldn't believe I had no nails!!!!! He said you come back when fungus is gone, I said no way!!!! I had to go to the doctor and get medicine for the damage they did to my nails!!!!it will take months for the damage if it ever does grow out. Stay away!!!! read more

Worse ever! Owner/manager very rude. when I asked about a nail polish that I had found in NY that was not gel but that lasts longer than the regular polish and he said I didn't know what I was talking about. He then wanted me to spend $30 on gel polish. He also asked if I even had salons near me because I had not seen the new Matte color. My mother had begun her pedi otherwise I would have cursed him out and walked out. The guy who did my nails was nice but I ended up with bubbles covering 4 of my nails that he blamed on dust. If that is so then that confirms the reason for the strong odor and that the place has a poor ventilation system. The instruments did not seem to be sanitized and there are no extra massages. I live in NY and my salons that I go to are clean and friendly. The instruments are sanitized and repackaged after each use. I also pay also almost half as much so I can make sure the tech can receive a well earned tip. If I could give this place a zero I would. read more

Worst nail salon ever!!!Went for a pedicure and.not.only was the man rude and very rough with my feet but he BUTCHERED my toes:( He cut the nails too short took an entire chunk out of my big toe to where I was bleeding and the way he polished nails was horrible.I made him take it off and left without paying.I now have to wait until my nails literally grow back to do anything.Worst part is out of about 10 workers only one girl after hearing us arguing back and forth said anything and agreeed with the horrible service. I went in for my sisters birthday. She was getting gel nails and I was getting acrylics. They kept trying to up sell us on other services and we kept saying no. After my fifth no the guy doing my nails made a comment saying " oh, you don't have money?" I was offended. Before finishing my nails he walks up and asked me to pay. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. First the place was not as clean as I would have hoped. The other thing that I found a bit odd was that they use a plastic liner in their pedicure bowls so that they do not need to clean them??? My girlfriend & I went together & when she sat down in her bowl the lady put blue powder in her water & I did not get anything in mine. So I questioned why hers was blue & mine was not & my girl finally got up & walked across the room & got some in her hand & walked over & threw it in my bowl. She then started my pedicure, two other ladies walked in so she stopped what she was doing on me & went over & started their water & touched the other parties water with the same gloves on while her feet where in there, then came back to me and never changed her gloves or anything. Cross contamination...GROSSS!!! In the meantime my girlfriend was getting a great pedicure as far as scrubbing her feet & clipping her nails, and really working on her feet to make sure they were smooth. She cut my nails barely, I asked her to shorten them & she looked at me then cut some more & filed but they were all crooked. She then took out a pumice, gently went over the bottom of my foot, then said take your feet out of the water & started putting on a watered down lotion mixture for about 2 minutes and then started painting. I asked for a french manicure & she placed one strip of french, then cleaned it up with a brush then just put top coat over the top. She did not do two coats, did not use any type of anti-yellow underneath the pink that I used as my french then did not use any type of pink on the rest of the nail then placed one light coat of top coat and that was it. SO disappointed and disgusted with the whole process. Also during the 30 minute total process all I heard was want your nails done, eyebrows, spa pedicure instead of regular, etc. Then when I declined it was like the pedicure that I was paying for for worse. And this cost me $30.00. There are signs all over the place that say that you cannot put a tip on your card, however when said girl realized she was not getting a tip for her horrible service she magically placed it on the card. I am so upset at this whole experience and will have to go get my toes done again during the week as they are terrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND! RUN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION!!! read more

First let me say the woman that did my pedicure was fantastic!!! She didn't know much English, so I didn't get her name but she did such a good job and was very thurough. The owner/manager of the salon, Lee, was terrible. I got a pedicure for $20 at Lee's Salon, my first time there..no where on the service list did it say they only accepted cash tips. I saw a sign saying they only took cash tips AFTER I was done with my pedicure and was at the drying station. Mentally I am freaking out because the woman was so sweet and did such a good job! When I go to pay she prints me a receipt and I'm thinking maybe there is a spot to write a tip down..but no. I ask if my card can be run again for $10 so I can leave a tip and the owner, Lee, tells me no that the Max. I can tip is $5 per person and the minimum credit charge is $8. Soo..he would not let me tip the woman the amount that I THE PAYING CUSTOMER wanted to tip. He then asks me in his broken English why I don't understand the sign...that he moves from behind another sign that says the max and min payments. Lee was a terrible business man and should ask patrons when they enter his business if they have been there before and he should explain the way payments work BEFORE you get a service. read more

This is a terrible nail salon. The guy that owns it hurries customers and is extremely rude. Yesterday I needed s fill. He was out of the salon. Evidently he owns 3 salons . There were people on cell phones playing games and they let me sit at his chair evidently until he came back. Finally someone stopped playing games and said she would do it. Kicking myself because I didn't check reviews first. We are new to the area and stopped in on a chance they could accommodate us. Easy they were empty. Rushed to sit down in pedi chairs, ordered mani/pedi for the 4 of us, but they tried high pressure upgrades! Then I started looking more closely and realized the cleanliness and hygiene were lacking. The people providing the service were passable, not quality. I have nail bed damage. As we were completing our services, I went to pay for 4 mani/pedis with my credit card as always. I received a barrage of hostility from the man that claimed to be the manager--he kept pointing to a sign I had not seen on entering----that you can only tip $5.00 if you use a credit card. Ihaven't ever encountered this practice and questioned it. He told me to go get cash and became increasingly belligerent and harassing and started yelling it costs to much money to pay credit feeds and on and on. If I had seen the tiny hand written sign at first we would have left. I suspect some underhandedness by this business and that alone will keep me from coming back. Let's start by saying that, I gave this place a try in December on a whim. Hadn't read the reviews until now! Well here's my review! I had a good experience initially Mary the nail tech who puy on my original set did a good job, nails were perfect short and thin. I went three weeks out with no issues, got a fill and then went three more weeks and no issues. I came back in and Mary no longer was there. Had a male tech do the fill, job was okay until at week three a nail lifted?! Never had this issue with previous fills. Went another three weeks and came in for a fill on a Friday night they took me but the job was rushed and horrible! The owner did the fill and was in such a hurry! Going on one week and three days since my fill and my nail chips and gel polis comes off?! I paid $35 for gel that supposedly lasts longer?! A rip off, for sure! Also, they're customer service is not the best! I overlooked it because Mary was nice and did a good job, but many times I can see why the Yelp reviews. read more
