Representative Bill is a joke. I politely declined a lowball offer they gave me for my 2017 trade in and their response was "ok, we sold that vehicle yesterday anyway. Good luck"... that response comes off as cocky and rude. Idk about you but I want to feel appreciated for spending thousands somewhere and that response was kind of an F you to me. Maybe it's whatever to some but that rubbed me the wrong way!! Will NOT ever be doing business with them in the future!! Oh well, dealerships are a dime a dozen ‍

Bought a truck here. 50 miles later the check engine light comes on. Don't buy from this dealer. Extremely shady.

It is in perfect condition, even smells like new, and the price was unbeatable. It just felt really good to go in there and not have to deal with all the car dealership haggling and back and forth! I encourage anyone in the market to buy a car to check here first because their selection, service and prices are hard to beat.

They will even print off the maintenance schedule if you ask. I've both ordered a vehicle out of state and bought one off their lot. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and charming. They will offer you coffee, tea or water while filling out the paperwork. They make it as pain free as possible. I recommend due diligence before going of course. If you've ever wanted to experience the absolute pinnacle of automotive incompetence, I highly…read morerecommend paying a visit to the service department at Honda Cars of Bellevue. Seriously -- it's a masterclass in how to get absolutely nothing done while confidently having no idea what's going on. I purchased my car here in April. Fast forward to May 24th -- blew a tire. No big deal, right? I had the foresight to purchase a tire and wheel warranty when I bought the car. You'd think that would make this an easy process. Oh, you sweet, naïve soul. Enter Dustin and Rick, the service manager -- and I use manager loosely, because managing anything seems wildly outside his skillset. These two couldn't find my warranty anywhere. Poof. Vanished. Like a magician's trick, except instead of applause, all you get is delays and migraines. Then, in a moment of pure, unfiltered genius, Rick tells me there's a $150 deductible and that the warranty doesn't cover cosmetic wheel damage. Only problem? He was quoting a warranty this dealership hasn't sold in over three years. Three. Years. And who had to enlighten him? Me -- after calling my salesperson and getting the real information. Because apparently, the service manager has no idea what products his own dealership sells. You truly can't make this up. And here's where it gets downright insulting. 11 days later, I still don't have my car back. Eleven. Days. Over a tire. I've watched entire homes get built faster than these clowns can fix a wheel. Their mysterious, elusive "wheel guy" comes once a week, and somehow didn't get to my car last week. Now we're into this week, and no one can confirm if the mythical wheel guy is even gracing the dealership with his presence today. Eleven days. For a tire. I cannot stress enough how wildly unacceptable and embarrassing this is for a professional dealership. Honestly, I'd have a better shot handing my keys to a 22-year-old meth head at Jiffy Lube. At least he'd have the decency to wreck it quickly instead of stringing me along for a week and a half. The fact that a service manager has no idea what his dealership sells, can't coordinate a basic tire repair, and thinks it's fine to leave a customer without their vehicle for 11 days over a flat is beyond belief. This isn't a joke. It's not exaggerated. It's just Honda Cars of Bellevue being tragically, spectacularly bad at what they do. If you like wasting your time, being lied to, and dealing with a service department that would lose a race to a snail with a limp, this is your place. Otherwise -- stay far, far away. Update: I just found out the wheel guy won't be coming in today... because of the weather. Now, before you picture some catastrophic, end-of-days scenario, let me clarify -- it's 60° and drizzling. I had to actually step outside to make sure I wasn't missing a biblical flood, an alien invasion, or a solid 30 inches of snow. Nope. Just a little drizzle and the kind of mild weather that even house cats would be fine in. And yet somehow, that's enough to derail this already tragic operation. 12 days and counting... over a tire...

I was a serious buyer willing to drive from New Mexico to Nebraska and trade in my current truck to complete the purchase. I made what I believed was a fair offer considering the truck had over 112k miles and had reportedly been sitting on the lot for around 125 days. What disappointed me most was not that my offer was declined, but the way the negotiation was handled. Buying vehicles usually involves respectful back and forth discussion on pricing, trade values and finding middle ground that works for both sides. Instead of having a professional negotiation, the response quickly became defensive and dismissive. Comments like "Then why would you expect me to?" came across as confrontational rather than customer oriented. Good dealerships and competent salespeople understand that negotiations are part of the process and that maintaining a professional attitude is what earns business and referrals, even if a deal does not happen immediately. Communication style matters. A salesperson who responds emotionally or talks down to customers is likely costing the dealership future sales because serious buyers will simply move on elsewhere. To be fair, they did respond quickly and were upfront about not lowering the price. However, professionalism and customer service are just as important as pricing, especially for customers traveling long distances to do business. Hopefully this feedback helps improve future customer interactions.

However, my recent interaction at the Dodge location--with Jeff, the Manager--was by far the worst experience I have ever had with Woodhouse or any dealership. When I asked to test-drive a Corvette--priced at approximately $75,000--Jeff became immediately defensive. I explained that I am exploring several options, including the Corvette, an Audi, and other vehicles, and simply wanted to drive the car before making a decision. Given my long history with Woodhouse, I did not believe this was an unreasonable request. Jeff refused to provide his business card, raised his voice, and ultimately asked my son and me to leave. He even stated that "people drive them when they purchase them," which I found hard to believe and inconsistent with industry practice. His behavior was abrupt, unprofessional, and entirely unnecessary. I have never witnessed a manager react in such a triggered and defensive manner. If I--or any employee on my team--behaved this way in front of a customer, I would expect immediate disciplinary action. After this experience, I will not be returning to Woodhouse. It's clear that my business is not valued, and I will purchase elsewhere. This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I have had.
