They decided to tackle the timing belt first, but then kept discovering more parts and more issues. This is recently inspected, newly purchased, well-maintained with full records vehicle. But they had it tore down and no way for me to get it back. So I went along, kept buying more parts.... Long story short. I just paid over $1300 for a basic tune-up, and I bought the parts! They've had the vehicle for 6 weeks!! Best part, they wait until today to tell me the wipers were too difficult and those are still broke. Amazing incompetence or just taking advantage of the situation? DO NOT TRUST these scammers.

When I described the problem to a staff member, he stated I'd have to go to the dealership, based on what I had described to him over the phone. Without going into great detail, he wouldn't even consider that the problem could be handled by 6 to 6 without having to take it to a dealership. I expected him to offer to have me bring it in so they could at least look at it, but he seemed unwilling to have 6 to 6 even attempt to resolve the issue. I'm so disappointed in the lack of customer service from a shop I'd been relying on for years. I've found a new repair shop, but I'm really sorry to have to end my customer relationship with 6 to 6 Auto Service. Perhaps they can afford to lose customers over the poor customer service provided by one employee who apparently doesn't understand how to accommodate a client.

I had just had a blowout in the right rear the day before while traveling up to Lincoln and so had just replaced my four tires yesterday. Even knowing they had missed The opportunity to make money from my business yesterday they evaluated the noise and repaired it for no charge as it turned out to be a rock. They took 40 minutes of their time and were kind enough to send us on our way without a penny charged. A great example of "Nebraska Nice". Thank you TO Haas I will not forget your consideration.

The second time, I showed up, and they told me they didn't have a technician available to do the oil change. The third time, they couldn't remove the oil drain plug because it was stripped. I informed them that the last oil change was done at the same location by them. They told me they had to order a new drain plug. The fourth time, they did the oil change and didn't charge me for it. The next day, we noticed a leak under the car, so we had to take it back for the fifth time. After inspecting it, they said they hadn't fully tightened the oil drain plug, which caused the leak. They said it should be fine now. Later that day, we noticed more leakage under the car and thought it was still leaking. I called the branch, and the employee, Scott, first told me it wasn't their fault and that it shouldn't leak because it hadn't been leaking before. That statement made me very upset because the car was leaking, and they had confirmed it that same day. I requested immediate assistance and told them I would bring the car in the next day for another inspection. The next day, when I went there, the store manager asked me to walk over to the shop to see the car. It appeared that they had cleaned the drain plug area and the surrounding area. The store manager, speaking in an aggressive tone, told me there wasn't any leakage. I showed him a picture I had taken that morning in my garage, which clearly showed the leak. He replied, "I DON'T CARE, THERE ISN'T ANY LEAK HERE, I AM SICK OF THIS CAR." The way he spoke to me was accusatory, disrespectful, aggressive, and unprofessional, which is absolutely unacceptable. I would have been fine if he had said, "We inspected it and couldn't find any leak, but keep an eye on it. Hopefully, or I'm sure, you won't see any more leaks." It's very disappointing that they don't train their staff on how to talk to customers.

Meanwhile, the shop was basically empty with open bays. No urgency, no willingness to help--just excuses. We were over an hour from home with no spare, stranded in their parking lot, and they still couldn't take a few minutes to help. Instead, we had to drive 5 minutes away on a flat just to get actual service. That's not just bad customer service--that's completely unacceptable. If leaving zero stars was an option, that's exactly what this experience would get. Called RNR Tire Express, and they got us in immediately, no questions asked. The difference was honestly embarrassing. If you want to be ignored when you actually need help, go to T.O. Haas. If you want real service, go to RNR.

When I got there from my appointment, nobody there seem to know what I was talking about. Finally, they set it up for an inspection for me to get a list of all of the items that needed to be repaired on my truck so that I could turn that over to the Endurance company. However, after paying $99, they REFUSED to give me an itemized, detailed list of what needed to be done and what the cost I even asked for that beforehand so that if the Endurance company didn't follow through with their end of the bargain, I could have TO Haas do the repairs. However, after it was all set and done and I paid them $99, they told me that I could not get a detailed list of prices and items to be done because "that's not how it works, boss. Do not trust TO Haas in anything they say. First of all, not one of them have any idea what they're doing and secondly, they constantly shift and change on what they do say.
