A few days after I noticed a shudder in the transmission from 2nd to 3rd gear, I tried calling Sam about this but It was very difficult to get ahold of him. After having patience for about a week I kept calling the dealership every day until Sam picked up. He told me to wait until the car passed 1k miles from when I bought it to file a warranty claim which makes no sense but I agreed. NOT EVEN A WEEK LATER the ignition went bad and I had to get it TOWED to a nearby shop. The shop told me there had been tampering because there was zip ties found holding the ignition together. This wouldn't have been a problem if it was covered under the warranty Sam sold me on, but of course it was not! Now I have to pay $1,060 for a new ignition, and when I called Sam to explain the problem I had, he said, "I know, I know" then accused me of putting words in his mouth because I asked why he would sell me the car if he knew the ignition was going to go bad. Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place you're much better off buying a car for an extra 3-5K at a certified pre owned dealer or a large name brand dealer. Now a wheel bearing is going bad and I have a $100 deductible, and only have $200 for the exhaust. They refuse to help me out & fix the exhaust for $200. That would be so helpful for me, and would be such a nice gesture from them. I'm 64, raising 2 grandkids on a fix income. I'm disappointed and disillusioned

When we go there the lot was jam packed with cars, it was hard to figure out where to park so I just kind drove to the back and parked and figured I would deal with getting out when the time came. There wasn't any Jeep's on the lot so I asked a guy who seemed like he might work there and he said they were inside and asked if I spoke with Faris. He introduced us to Faris and we followed him through the office, into a couple of sketchy garage areas to the Jeep I came to look at. He took my license and made a copy and gave us the keys and off we went. Decided to make an offer, put a deposit down and he said he would take care of all the paperwork with Secretary of State. Returned the next day, paid the rest of, signed the paperwork and left with my new, used, Jeep. I can't say that I felt safe, but I also wasn't scared. Let's just say, had I been taken advantage of in some way, I wouldn't have been surprised, but I was also surprised at the professionalism of these guys. Faris wasn't in when we first arrived and we were offered water or coffee and an apology for Faris not being there. Faris laminated the paper plate and put it on the car for me and shook my hand and thanked me before I left. The whole thing was just weird. On my way home the check engine light came on. I can't say I was too happy about that, and it turns out it is an emissions sensor. Can't help but wonder if this wasn't something the cleared before the test drive, but whatever. I didn't buy a used car expecting not to have to do things to it. Faris did have, and gave to me, all the auto repair receipts from the previous owner. Wish I had asked about them before I put the deposit down, bad on me. Regardless, I love my Jeep and that is all that matters.

Suspiciously another couple was also looking at the same car but we were only allowed to hold w/a deposit. Returning within 24 hours of putting a deposit on the car w/a cashiers check in hand, w/ the remaining amount due, and proof of insurance they told us they sold it to someone else. Shady Business and not trustworthy!!!!!
