STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! I bought a 2014 CRV from Sam who either runs this business or owns it, the car…read morewas in rough shape but he sold me on a free warranty and assured me the car was in good mechanical condition. A few days after I noticed a shudder in the transmission from 2nd to 3rd gear, I tried calling Sam about this but It was very difficult to get ahold of him. After having patience for about a week I kept calling the dealership every day until Sam picked up. He told me to wait until the car passed 1k miles from when I bought it to file a warranty claim which makes no sense but I agreed. NOT EVEN A WEEK LATER the ignition went bad and I had to get it TOWED to a nearby shop. The shop told me there had been tampering because there was zip ties found holding the ignition together. This wouldn't have been a problem if it was covered under the warranty Sam sold me on, but of course it was not! Now I have to pay $1,060 for a new ignition, and when I called Sam to explain the problem I had, he said, "I know, I know" then accused me of putting words in his mouth because I asked why he would sell me the car if he knew the ignition was going to go bad. Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place you're much better off buying a car for an extra 3-5K at a certified pre owned dealer or a large name brand dealer. The pictures are of the ignition in the condition that it was sold to me in. Thanks again Sam for making a family's life much more difficult!

I really don't even know what to say about this place. I found a Jeep on FB market place and the…read moreseller was Faris and he gave the address to this place. When we go there the lot was jam packed with cars, it was hard to figure out where to park so I just kind drove to the back and parked and figured I would deal with getting out when the time came. There wasn't any Jeep's on the lot so I asked a guy who seemed like he might work there and he said they were inside and asked if I spoke with Faris. He introduced us to Faris and we followed him through the office, into a couple of sketchy garage areas to the Jeep I came to look at. He took my license and made a copy and gave us the keys and off we went. Decided to make an offer, put a deposit down and he said he would take care of all the paperwork with Secretary of State. Returned the next day, paid the rest of, signed the paperwork and left with my new, used, Jeep. I can't say that I felt safe, but I also wasn't scared. Let's just say, had I been taken advantage of in some way, I wouldn't have been surprised, but I was also surprised at the professionalism of these guys. Faris wasn't in when we first arrived and we were offered water or coffee and an apology for Faris not being there. Faris laminated the paper plate and put it on the car for me and shook my hand and thanked me before I left. The whole thing was just weird. On my way home the check engine light came on. I can't say I was too happy about that, and it turns out it is an emissions sensor. Can't help but wonder if this wasn't something the cleared before the test drive, but whatever. I didn't buy a used car expecting not to have to do things to it. Faris did have, and gave to me, all the auto repair receipts from the previous owner. Wish I had asked about them before I put the deposit down, bad on me. Regardless, I love my Jeep and that is all that matters.

BEWARE... read this before purchasing anything from any Suburban dealership. I recently found out…read morethe hard way that Suburban collection of dealerships here in metro Detroit are not the same dealerships they once were but instead operate in name only under the parent group LITHIA motors. This was the 3rd vehicle I've bought from Suburban but the 1st since being part of LITHIA motors. I purchased a used Honda CR-V from Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Garden City for $13,500 cash on May 28 from salesman Rich Putty, who told me the vehicle was already a great deal and there was no room to negotiate. Just 2 days and 248 miles later, every warning light came on and the engine could barely run. What followed was weeks of frustration. Rich never followed through on promised callbacks, service advisor Samantha rarely provided updates and communicated exclusively by text even when asked to call back, and after the vehicle sat for days I still couldn't get clear answers. When I met with General Manager Joe Sinishtaj he was unaware of the situation and told me the vehicle was sold "as is" and even asked what I expected from a higher-mileage vehicle. The lack of empathy and professionalism was shocking. After disassembling the engine, I found the turbocharger had been recently replaced and evidence of significant pre-existing mechanical issues, due to a failed turbo charger including a failed head gasket, damage to the #3 piston, cylinder head fire deck damage, and a damaged fuel injector tip. The engine also showed signs of abnormal combustion and intercooler oil contamination consistent with a failed turbo compressor wheel. These were major internal engine failures that would not be expected after only 248 miles of ownership and account for the $5,000+ repair estimate. In my experience, Suburban under Lithia Motors showed zero accountability, poor communication, and no concern for customer satisfaction. I would strongly recommend taking your business anywhere but Suburban or any other dealer owned by LITHIA.

I've called Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Garden City several times & I'm always told that the call center will take a message & get it over to the service dept. Now whether they did or not, I'm still not getting any return calls. Once again, I left a message for the service manager to call me back. This is the worst experience I have ever encountered with a dealership.
